    Pros +

    • Good location, close to Chapultepec and nice staff
    • Nice decor and everything worked perfect.
    • The staff was friendly. The tried to obtain dishes, utensils, and a kettle for the kitchen. They came when our friends contacted them to fix their toilet. (Their toilet malfunctioned four or five times.)

    Cons -

    • Lots of mosquitoes, almost unbearable. Hotel needs to leave windows closed before guests arrive.
    • No iron in room.
    • Very poorly designed in both minor and major ways. For example, there was only one rubbish can in the apartment. You have to walk across the entire apartment to throw something away. This was only a minor annoyance, but if someone was showering in the bath (where the rubbish can usually was), it wasn't possible to through something away from breakfast prep. (The bathroom door was badly hung and had to be locked to keep it closed.)Similarly, lighting was not suitable for actually using the apartment. The switches were inconveniently placed, the fixtures were badly designed. The location is about five or six blocks away from streets that offer pleasant walks and nightlife. The immediate area is offers little of interest.

Overall we liked the comfort of the Premier Apartment. Stylish, very comfortable bed, amazing shower. The location is great. But… what’s with the weird kitchen situation?

There is a kitchenette but nothing to cook or make a hot drink with. We heard that we had to ask for everything. So we did. And a few hours later ended up with: two tiny side plates horribly chipped, two pans very badly scratched and damaged, two spoons and two knives. Nothing to wash up with. We had to wait another 24hrs for two forks and one weird massive plate. no coffee cups or machine. After a couple of days, we gave up asking, it was clear they just didn’t have it.In the literal hundreds of apartments we’ve stayed in around the world, a completely bare kitchen is first for us. We don’t like to eat out twice or three times a day. As chefs we love local markets and local produce so usually get an apartment with a kitchenette. We would’ve also liked drinking water to be provided for our stay for the price. Also there is A LOT of noisy construction all around. Some huge apartment buildings have only just started work, just to be aware.

I liked the spaciousness of the rooms and location was very convenient.

The room I was in was above the street and the noise of the people in the restaurant below until very late was loud.

The Apt was very nice, in a good location, with many restaurants within walking distance. I loved the private patio we had. Staff was very helpful. Very easy to get Ubers to get around the city.

There was a large building under construction about a block away which got noisy at times, but that wasn't the properties fault. We made a few meals, but the kitchen was a bit small, there are good restaurants all around, so it wasn't really that important.

Very friendly staff. Room was quite large as well as the shower.

Enjoyed our stay overall. No complaints from my wife or myself.

Facilities are colonial and beautifully decorated

The front desk people were not very friendly and we had to ask for everything. Water, they only had sparkling and only 1 bottle provided. No coffee maker unless you asked for one, mini fridge wasn’t cold enough to make ice, even after they switched it out for another. No glasses provided and dead cockroaches in the bathroom.

    7ApolloPosted on: 8-10-2025

    Central location, friendly staff

The room was outdated and not stocked with the essentials, no signage on the building, and the phone in the room was broken.

I loved the spacious feel of the place and it was in a lovely location. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom area.

I did not have the breakfast. I was never told where I could find the breakfast. There were a lot of cafes around that I wanted to try so I was happy with my choices. It would of been nice for the staff to inform me on where to find the breakfast that was available at the bungalows.

I stayed in room 1C. It is right above the check-in desk. I could hear every conversation. I felt safe knowing that someone was there 24/7, but that also ment that when the staff took calls or talked, I could hear them. I did not get the best sleep due to the loud talking at 3:30 in the am multiple nights.

Fantastic! Large clean apartment style accommodations with reciprocal access to hotel Demetria pool and gym. Fantastic!

    We liked the location.

We did not get what was advertised! To start, not all rooms are ground level, our room was on second floor with a spiral staircase without any handrails. The “kitchen” was unusable. The refrigerator worked, the stove top probably did, but there was absolutely NO dishes. Oh, there was one water glass. Unable to cook, reheat, or even eat there. The TV remote worked when it wanted to and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it. The bathroom had a small window that, if you opened, looked straight into another room’s bedroom. The receptionist would step away and lock the door, leaving us waiting to get back into the property.

A ver unfortunate choice in all senses. Dark, dirty weird, unkept. Left a day before my reservation ended. Asked if the hotel could refund the night I did not stay and got a no for an answer. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS

it was well located. rooms were big.

    - they first gave me a room with a terrace on the bedroom with no lock (they broke the key). the room shouldn’t have been rented. it was unsafe. - they had several open rooms but it took them an hour with much arguing to move me. they had sent for a locksmith to make a new key and left me sitting waiting. it made no sense because i told them I would move to a smaller room. - after finally mixing me they refused to adjust the price to match the smaller room. The man at the desk lied and said it was the same room category. The manager admitted this was not true but was very rude and he still refused to adjust the price (eventually I was very rude in return. Later they offered me another larger room which I refused because I had unpacked and didn’t want to move a third time. - two of the windows in my new room were rusted and would not close. One side of my body is filled with bites. I don’t know if it was from mosquitoes or bedbugs.
