HOTEL PORTONOVO PLAZA GUADALAJARA

Location for us was great. Our room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Floors were nice shiny tile. King room was spacious.

Bed was too firm for us. No electrical outlets near a mirror for drying/styling hair. Ceilings are ugly.

The cleanliness.

It was just too dated, the location was horrible. Plus they kept having power outages during my stay being left in the dark for hours. Very dimly lit rooms.

Convenience to the venue we were attending for the weekend at the Hotel Aranzazu.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and everything was very clean, but the shower door was hard to close in our bathroom. Room 213 and the shower head needs to be replaced, as it has a split seam. We would stay there again though.

Location, room cleanliness.

There was some smell in the room for which I had to ask the hotel staff to use the air freshener, which masked the odor for a while but then it came back. It did not bother me to the point that my stay was uncomfortable, just something to improve.

Clean modern convenient, good bedding, friendly staff especially hotel employee on reception. Adjacent to metro to bus terminal and metrobus to airport. 11 minute walk to zocalo or one stop on beautiful metro.

Cable tv could be better

Unfortunately nothing. Thus hotel is a 1 star rating hotel.

We didn¿t like this hotel at all. We could stay another night but all we want is jut leave. No hot water in any of the two rooms. Clogged sinks. Holes in the old fury curtains. We will rated 0 stars. Or maybe 1

We did not like nothing about this hotel. Not enough towels. Towels were duty and hard and brown color like a mop. Sink was clogged. Curtain were ripe with holes. Bed sheets were duty and were not changed, we can see that were used and wrinkled.

Very dim light in room. Smell in wash room. The staff did not understand my questions and gave wrong information about services and safety. No elevators

I waited almost 2 hrs for my room I checked in after 5 Hotel told me they did not have any blankets available I was cold the whole night They never told us the hotel didn¿t have an elevator I had to go 3 floors up to go to my room

They have a good service and the price is very good compare to others and the 3 days that we state on the hotel we have a really good time

Yes the way they have the beds with pa Plastic cover's on the mattress and pillows Other then that everyting was exelent

The lighting in the room was very dark. The lighting has to be improved for me to take this place seriously. Also the breakfast cost more than what was advertised.

Did not like it will...

There was no elevator. We ran out of toilet paper and they didn’t have any more until the next day so we had to buy some. It was really noisy all the time. You can hear people talking and yelling all through the night. The room was really dark.
