nothing was good. I had a very bad experience. I went out to dinner and during my absence they broke into my room and stole my iwatch. the watch charger. and money. I notified the hotel and the support I received was terrible.

I did not like anything. I was robbed in my room and I had no support. I asked to speak with the manager who never came. I had to file my report with the police and the policeman who attended me told me that this hotel was fenix. I already had several com

location, we could essily walk to most sites. The train station was nearby. We sat in the lobby bar and played cards at night. Balcony with a view of the cathedral. While there was no ice machine in the hotel or glasses in the room, the staff brought us a bucket of ice and 2 glasses

no fridge, plumbing needs updating, breakfast buffet not great . Made to order eggs were good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help you out in any way they can. The beds are nice and firm, the sheets are soft, and the pillows give great support to head and neck. The bedroom furniture and lighting are very nice.

The place needs a lot of love and renovations. I found a couple of hairs in the sink and in the shower as soon as I checked in. The lighting in the common areas is fluorescent, bluish. It gives the halls an eerie, creepy feeling. It was a version of the Bates Motel. The shower has no water pressure, the shower curtain smells like mildew and the whole bathroom in general is kind of falling apart. The towels look like they've had better days. The grout is dirty. Taking a shower there is not an enjoyable experience at all. The A/C system is SO OLD that the dials to control the temperature and intensity have eroded from so many hand that have touched them, so I couldn't program it and just had to crack a window to get some ventilation. If they were to invest in a bit of renovations and warmer lighting, the place would be competing decently with the hotels around the area.

Comfortable room, 2 double beds, more spacious than some previous visits.

The hot water isn't hot, it is warm but not hot even after having it run for 4/5 minutes, it is just warm!

Good service, facilities were clean and staff very friendly, they opened the rooftop to have a good view of New Year’s show. Bad part is we were advise they had a restaurant that serves breakfast till the last day of our stay, we had to go out for breakfast, this was our second stay on the hotel and nobody told us about it before , we found it out by our own But I’ll definitely stay on this hotel again, its locations is perfect, free parking, etc.

The food was good. The hotel is right off the beach.

The shower had no heat. The pool water was cold. Actually, the beach water was warmer than the pool.

There was no breakfast offered, not even coffee. The rooms are shabby. No hot water for 3 days. The bed’s uncomfortable. No mattress cover. Linen, towels and curtains are worn out and some ripped. The stuff is although nice, but helpless. Couldn’t fix the problems that were reported several times. For the price of $60 this hotel is not worth to stay
