- The staff was very friendly and helpful. They never questioned anything but were very willing to help with any situation. Honestly I have not had a better experience with hotel staff than at this hotel. Even the room coffee was of good quality and taste!!

- I had one incident a dirty towel was left in the room.
- Full of mold and mildew smell its terrible. the room LOOKS NICE, so does the hotel. but the rooms have a TERRIBLE smell, and none of the windows open to bring in fresh air.
