The pool was very cool / not heated and the Hot Tub heater not working properly so tepid and not able to to use. We are Elderly and the walk to the main streets was a little far for us but we managed - A main busy road to cross

The unique character of each room, friendly staff, great breakfast, security features and convenient location.

The hotel had many interesting Mexican art pieces, beautiful plants, and the architecture was the epitome of the expertise and interest of Mexican artisans. The pool, bar, restaurant, and staff were wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. We will return!

Inside the hotel was outstandingly beautiful. The staff was also very very friendly and helpful. Any negative points are more than made up by how great this staff is. They made me sandwiches after hours, the helped me with that crazy TV remote, THANKS

The window to my room did not lock. It was OK because the room is secure within the hotel, but I was weary about leaving valuables in the room.

The authenticity of the Mexican culture. The staff was very attentive in specific we would to highlight Niko as he went above and beyond with his kind nature. We will be back

What a beautiful hotel! I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds feed on the flowers. The staff made us very comfortable and were so helpful and nice.

Our room had a big old high walled tub shower combination. The tub walls were very high to get in and out of.

Room was pleasant and comfortable, great bathroom, nice spaces throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good, WiFi was solid, free welcome drink at the bar, easy 10 minute walk to the main stretch of Tlaquepaque.

The pool was pretty cold and no guests used it during our stay, the hot tub wasn’t heated at all. The hotel is down a side street that is pretty run down with nothing else around, but charming once you enter.

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast included.

We had 3 rooms for different age groups 24 - 85 on a family trip. Everyone was comfortable and liked their room and close proximity to plaza, restaurants, etc. The night desk Nico was amazing! So wonderful!!

I think since we had 2 senior members with us it’s important to point out not every room has step in shower. This is important issue for our elders who can’t step into bathtubs.

la Villa del Ensueno has classic Mexican charm through and through, its truly an oasis in the middlenof a busy sprawling city.The breakfast are excellent, whereby you choose from a variety of menu Breakfast entrees along with juice and coffee, there are 2 pools and parking is included. GUEST ROOMS are super charming and Grounds and interiors; LIKE A GIANT HACIENDA. Hotel was full, but never felt crowded. CARLOS the bartender is an awesome character

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast, attention to detail. The location was great. the hotel service and staff was amazing.

The hotel is beautiful - the pictures are accurate. There are two different sections of the hotel (right across the street from each other). We stayed on the pool side and loved our room - it was spacious, clean and quiet. The air conditioning and fan were appreciated. They provided clean towels and water each day in the room and welcoming treats/drinks on our first day. Pool towels are provided - but the pool was very cold - there is a "hot" tub, too. Service was friendly & helpful (both Spanish & English speakers) and the bar/breakfast staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very good and plentiful - lots of options. Distance to the main historic square was an easy 10/15minute walk and the area was safe for us to come and go as we pleased. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return for future visits.
