Todo el hotel est¿ hermoso alrededor hay muy buenos restaurantes y todo muy cerca

Modern, clean, friendly staff. I've stayed here twice and will continue to on my trips to Guadalajara.

Service was top notch for the most part. There was some miscommunication because nobody spoke english but that was on me as its Mexico so I need to learn Spanish ¿¿¿¿.

Breakfast was not complimentary. It was more expensive than any restaurant outside the hotel.

Very clean, great room service, great location. It felt super fancy and it was definitely very comfortable!

No pool

It had great restaurants right there in plaza .also a atm/bank next door. Also had a black coffee downstairs for my latte..movie theater upstairs in the plaza

Gym should be cleaned daily because it was not.it needs it daily.

The hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff, room and location were excellent. We would stay there again. There are resturants all around the hotel that were excellent as well. Loved the VIP movie theater nearby.

Great Breakfast. Super-sized, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Super-sized beds and an abundance of pillows.Very quiet, even though it's right in the center of the Financial District. Several first-class restaurants are right outside the Lobby. Friendly, attentive staff.

The price...It could be a little less pricey but considering the size of the rooms, it's a wash...

Location, nice and big corner room. Extremely clean.

We had a beautiful, spacious room with lovely views and floor to ceiling windows! Comfortable bed and furniture. Very appealing decor. Price was just as expected and modest for the quality of the hotel, location and the room. The Concierge Rubin took time with us to help us choose a room and to make sure we were aware of the wonderful restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood. Rubin helped start off our stay just right - really above and beyond.

Pillows were too soft! Could use a little more options on breakfast food!

The location , the people working there, all the choices of restaurants and even a movie theater to make it feel like a neighborhood. it works for business trip, visitors or families, as it is a safe place!

Absolutely superb hotel. A lot of nice restaurants around, safe and clean.

The only lacking thing is a pool

The staff was attentive and friendly and the security in the hotel was excellent. There was a variety of restaurants that surrounded the property that you could walk to from the hotel.

I booked through booking.com and when we arrived, the room is not what we reserved. They had a premium room with one bed and we requested two beds. They provided us with a supreme room with two beds since the other premium rooms with two beds were booked. Also, booking.com in their description of the amenities and extras was incorrect. The hotel does not provide bath robes and slippers.

we let the hotel known that we were celebrating our 44 anniversary. And nobody acknowledged it. Face towels and hand towels were missing during our first 2 nights. The soap bottle the pump was not working or maybe Run out of soap. The elevator buttons were annoying.
