1) It is a nice new modern Hotel with reasonable rates 2) Great hot / cold breakfast buffet that was included 3) Free parking

1) They use valet parking for the underground parkade 2) Did not have a room safe (space in two places for it) 3) No little table with chairs (plenty of space for that)

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was great, Male the server, was super efficient. She made us feel that we were part of the hotel. Beautiful smile ?

Breakfast was great, the chilaquiles were the best. Enrique, the server, was very attentive and he made us feel like family. The overall experience was 10 out of 10. Thank you Gumont!

The breakfast was delicious. Having to experience a traditional Mexican breakfast was an experience. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel was clean and did not disappoint. Will come again if traveling in this town.

Rooms are a bit run down, maintenance is suboptimal. It used to be better.Lighting in the room is bad.Beds are not that comfortable.Breakfast food could be better.No food options at night but a junk food vending machine.

The location was ideal. There was a couple of places to eat nearby, within walking distance, and getting a taxi was not difficult.

The rooms are small. Not much comfort for a mini family vacation. We had what we needed but when we tried eating in our rooms for those late night meals, there was minimal space. It is also a bit noisy. The noise in the hallways from other guests travels pretty loudly into the rooms. Our room was nice but the floors were filthy. I asked the staff if we could have the room swept/mopped and left a nice tip, but it wasn't done any of the five nights we stayed. Lots of dirt/debris on the floor. Socks ended up being black from the dirt. Additionally, there are no mini fridges in the rooms so plan for that. There is a rooftop restaurant/bar that opens in the evening however, no children are allowed which is really a damper since there is no other restaurant/snack bar available. I think the hours should be modified to allow guests with children in for at least the first two hours. The breakfast bar was nice, however it is very repetitive so if you are staying multiple days like we did, you will get bored of the selection.

The personnel, the service, breakfast was good as well.

Because of the location of the hotel there are lots of traffic noises noise and the windows are not soundproof . So the noise level sometimes is high.Also there is no heater at the room and during the night more blankets might be needed.

Location was fine, not very central but good enough. Breakfast was very mexican, not much variety, no fresh vegetables for example and no bread. But it was good. Bed was comfy, the room was big and clean.

After the high overall rating that the hotel has my expectations were high. The air-conditioning could not be regulated, the breakfast was just OK. The staff were nice but one could see they often were looking for a tip opportunity. I had to stay an extra night and preferred to move.

The noise in the hallways. The combination of marble floors and non-hotel doors makes it impossible to rest. You hear everything as if the door was open. Even with earplugs. They need to put carpet on the hallway floors and install hotel-grade door. . Its a pitty, because the rest is great.

The breakfast was fantastic. The housekeepers were great, and the bellhops were also great.

The hotel never had change for our large bills. The hotel constantly ran out of ice which we wanted for our room.

The property was clean and well-located, and the staff, particularly in the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my AirPods were stolen from my room on the second day of our six-day stay. I reported the incident to the reception desk and provided the GPS location of the AirPods using the FindMy app to aid in the investigation (they were in the outskirts of Guadalajara, far away from the Hotel)The following day, the hotel manager informed me that a member from the cleaning staff had taken my AirPods, claiming to have "found them in the trash" and decided to keep them (the earphones were obviously not in the trash, I don't have the habit of storing expensive gadgets with used tissues and leftovers). I was informed that the thief faced a temporary suspension, and while I did recover my AirPods, the entire ordeal left an sour taste in my mouth. This incident, coupled with the discomfort it caused, led us to opt out of having more staff people coming into our room for cleaning during the remainder of our stay, which was an inconvenience.

I loved the breakfast, the service, and the clean hotel.
