Hotel Malibu

The bellmen were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies kept our room clean and gave us fresh towels everyday. The servers at the restaurant were al so great and welcoming.

The front desk charged me an extra 150$ and said it's because they charged us incorrectly but my reservation was a different amount. The bedroom floors were not swept. There were very loud people staying at the hotel and staff wouldn't do anything about

good service, located next to shopping and dinning options, about 25 minutes away from downtown. Excellent price for the room, as well as the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, I got a room not updated in the tower. Appears all rooms have small double beds.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even to someone who doesn't speak very much Spanish.

The location is then ideal for tourists unless they are willing to take a cab, or use the better alternative, Uber.

The hotel was very nice, clean, modern and well maintained. The restaurant was absolutely spectacular, the food was excellent, buffet style so delicious and with so many options to chose from

The Internet was very slow in the hotel room, I had to go to the computer office to work and it was isolated and gloomy. I wish I would’ve been told of the reception room inside the restaurant. That room had great internet reception and it’s was spacious, comfy seating, bright natural street light coming in.

It used to be a decent place. Now it's terrible their bed are infested with bedbugs we could barely sleep, for the price you're paying it should be an optimum experience but it's not. Do not recommend it anymore!

Well equipped and nice looking beds, the pillows and mattresses are exceptional.

There were bedbugs, sheets kept us itching all night, such an awful experience.

Clean, hot water, water pressure in shower, AC was working, small fridge working ok, safe box in the room. Held on to our luggage while we were away. Mall, food, and ATMs within feet away

The property is in a great location felt really safe and a short uber away from the main city centre. The reception is 24 hrs which was good because we arrived late to check in, the staff were really helpful. The room was nice, have to say it looks a little more fancy than in real life, however it wasn’t a problem for us, we made it like home. We stayed for more than 4 nights in the end because we liked the hotel and the convenience. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of different options. I would come back if coming back to Guadalajara

Staff not friendly; from registration to the restaurant. Anytime we needed to make an inquiry it seemed like we were bothering.Hotel is located by train tracks and EVERY night, twice a night the train went by and would blow the horn.

It’s in a good location and the rooms are pretty good size.

I wanna say that day I checked in the room was not mopped because the floor was sticky but besides that everything was good.

Staff was wonderful, welcoming.Their location is very convenient to so many things in the northern half of Guadalajara.

I reported a small plumbing issue to be fixed easily.

The location is right next to a big mall, and main avenues of the city are easily accesible from the hotel.

Room pictures in their website are deceiving, rooms are way too small and kind of uncomfortable (a person barely fits in the small shower).Customer service is lacking, while not rude, employees will make you wait for a long period of time until they finish whatever it is they are doing. I required assistance with my room key not working, there were 4 people at the front desk and they made me wait for about 10 minutes until they finished to help me.

I had an ups delivery arriving the same day I did ( with my name and arrival date in the address)and the hotel staff turned it away.

We were given a room at the building located at the back of the property. It felt far, cold, empty and a bit shady. We thought of switching hotels but staff offered to move us closer located in the main part of the property. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is old but very clean. It was a pleasant stay, not bad for the price.

That the front reception contradicts on what they say. I think if someone pays for a whole week to stay in a room. I think they should allow a person to stay and check in early. If they need to charge for checking in just a few hours before they should allowed. We had to wait for 7 hours to check in it’s unfair. Beside we checked out 6 hours before checkout hour.
