OYO Hotel Brazil,Guadalajara,Estadio Jalisco

Excellent customer service, will def be back soon, I loved the front desk ppl extremely friendly, helpful and over all amazing.

Just needs an upgrade on the rooms in general seems a bit outdated but overall everything was great.

No breakfast, was offered or served.

A lot of noise, people talking all night. There was no way to close the window

The room doesn't include towels, soap and the facilities are extremely old. I can assure there were bedbugs and one stung me

I left and booked a new hotel

She sheets were covered in stains, the bed was awful, the shower curtain was mouldy and the bathroom in general was unpleasant

This place is last resort next to sleeping on the street

The shower didn’t work. The bathroom was falling apart. The beds are low standard..

Bad

I didn't like anything there, bad smell, my daughter got sick, there was no covers on the bed, we had to ask for it, everything dirty, the bathroom was terrible, with a big hole in the wall so small and smelling bad

it's a great place ....it is pet friendly.... and the staff are all amazing ... it's safe, good location, and one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area

Bad

Dirty rooms, broken washroom and the reason why I will never use booking. Com again. Booking over elaborates dirty hotels

No Air conditioning. Room very small and bathroom.

The receptionist was good.

Super dirty, not matching the pictures at all. cockroach and electric cables in the lights hanging out in the toilet.

A few restaurants nearby which was good, They accepted my small dog, also good, Close to fast bus. Secure parking. Clean room, no bugs. The hotel was in walking distance of INM (immigration) which is why I chose it.

no A/C but did not need it, no coffee maker, Lots of stairs. A very basic Hotel but the price value ratio was very good.

not shower head. leak under sink, not a/c,

Pictures are not at all like the rooms themselves. Very run down. Not worth unless you get a deal.

Well, actually it wasnt for me, it was for a worker...but he had nothing bad to say about the hotel, so I guess it was fine.

Nothing good at all, everything was a mess

Starting from the reception guy......he was so mean and terrible attitude, if they don't want to work they should find something else to do

It was inexpensive

It was very low quality

The location was perfect for my activities

The building is old and in need of an upgrage.
