Pros +
- The hotel is right beside the Pemex hospital, really close to a supermarket and really close to the archeological ruins.
- Really nice Hotel close to Tula ruins. I only stayed for a night to visit the ruins but room was clean, nice and staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if staying in Tula.
- Location
Cons -
- The room was very small, very noisy, you could hear everything going on at the hotel. The bathroom door was made of crystal, and it doesn´t close from the ceiling to the floor so you can´t have any privacy. There wasn´t hot water to take a bath. The TV didn´t work.
- The entrance is a little hidden and the area is a maze of streets. We entered during the night and it was a little tricky to find due to the bad lighting of the area. But that's not much of a hotels issue, rather the city.

Nothing, all good
Location
Noisy neighborhood, not enough parking, tariff changes
Nice but not enough parking, I had to leave car outside and they then take it elsewhere to park, noisy neighborhood. Rate changed a bit after check in.
Comfortable and clean
The hotel is just a 4 minute drive to Tula. Which was the reason why we were there. We were delighted to find out that just 5 minutes walk you can find lots of restaurants, super market. And while we were there, there was also an outside market, I have no idea if it's always there or not. Also there is this mini room where you can make coffee or have a drink. So cool
Nothing else to Do in the area more than a night. But it served our purpose. The Toilet isn't the most private one! Get ready to here every sound and smell every smell a sit is not on its own room.
The staff, clean, good taste decoration.
Unexpected poor location snd enviroment, poor manteniencr, incomplete furniture, ugly smell at shower.
I enjoyed how attentive and accommodating the staff treats its guests. Relatively spacious rooms, great natural lighting and relaxing rooftop. I would add more cushions to seating or more hammock style seating.
At times, it felt a bit warm in my room and the fan provided helped only minimally. Bring bug spray as there were a bit of mosquitos that snuck into the room.
Perfect for road trip, final day transit back to CDMX with a visit to Tula complex. Just one short block from lots of food vendors.
Nothing to dislike.
Intimate little place close to archeological site (the reason I came to Tula), close to main road and services, on a quiet side street. View from rooftop also appreciated
A neighbor’s dog that barked all day long
Comfortable hotel only 4 minutes drive from Tula Archeological Site. Also close to a big shopping centre and restaurants.
a very clean and comfy room, coffee and toiletries given
parking lot is tiny
Location was ideal for what we wanted (to be close to the arqueological site -driving).Close to a shopping quarter (food and trip supplies).Seemed safe.Had a mini fridge.
Requested a parking space, had one reserved, drove out for dinner, came back and my space was altrady taken, had to park my car in the street.Bathroom has see through glass, hope you are ok showering and using the toilet while the person washing their teeth can see you.Hot water takes a min or two to come out.
Rooftop terrace, view to ruins
Nothing to do in the area, quite industrial
This is a new hotel quite conveniently situated as well as well furnished and equipped
unfortunately walls are really thin and you can hear every noise from other rooms. moreover, in spite of warm and sunny day, the room was very cold inside
Staff were very helpful in sorting out a car issue. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Toilet has little privacy.
Location: near the centro historico (15 min walk). Very near the archaeological site (which is closed by the way (during COVID)Breakfast: no breakfast service! Room & Bed: relatively small room & bed. Hard bed. Not enough closet space. Very good coffee machine present (Nespresso Dulce Gusto). Water bottles included. Bathroom: The bathroom / toilet are very new and very clean. Amenities present. Personnel: Relatively friendly staff. Speak (limited) English. Very loud night guard (plays music which echoes throughout the hallway). WiFi: Strong WiFiOverall: The noise is awful in this (newly build) hotel. At night a group of Mexicans arrived and it took them forever to get settled while shouting and running around. The terrace is closed, there is no breakfast , nor drink service. They are just open to ‘sleep’.
see bove.
A great place to go for the atlantes
Passable
There is a very dangerous step inside the bathroom
Clearly a lot of care has gone into this hotel
The room was very small
