- The staff is very professional and helpful
Cons -
- City have a marathon in the city and they closed the streets all around the hotel we can¿t go out in the morning because of the marathon and the night before it took for ever to get because there was a game and it was a lot of traffic to get to the hotel
- Que no incluya el estacionamiento en su tarifa.
- There were no towels in the gym. The shower faucet in room #214 made a horrible sound when it was on. Very loud and it felt like the next door guest could hear all the noise too.

The staff is very professional and helpful
