- I ordered fries to room with mayo and ketchup. The little jars were both opened and previously used...absolutely gross! Not once did they offer remove order! Telling our company remove from approved list!
- The housekeeping staff continually forgot to leave coffee supplies for my very important morning brew! The. I called front desk at 4a for supplies. They brought 1 K-cup...seriously! The day before I called at 4a for room service was told no room service!
