Fiesta Inn Plaza Central Aeropuerto

The mall location sucked for arriving late and leaving early, poor taxi accesss and shuttle bus doesn't run enough to airport

The size of the king bed

The shuttle service from the airport After waiting nearly 2 houur had to take a Taxi to the hotel.

The location

Several details- the ac didn't work correctly, nor the shower valve, the toilet handle, the telephone and the shower door let water leak all over the bathroom floor.

The airport shuttle provided made my trip a lot smoother.

The hotel did not have certain amenities that would have been nice like a coffee maker or micro-fridge. It also wasn't as close to the airport as It marketed.

Free shuttle to the airport and located within a mall-so lots of choices for eating and shopping.

I expected much more with how much we paid. The sheets were dirty and the floor wasn't very clean.

clean and safe.

Breakfast was not ready on time.

The service is bad

Service...

Excellent staff, very clean , hotel is inside a plaza so you have lots of options for food or shopping

Everything was perfect

Location in a shopping center was ideal for us

Staff at airport send us to wrong location and had to take an uber to the right hotel

Room nice, spacious and clean

Staff didn't speak great English. Located inside shopping mall and staff didn't explain how to access building - nightmare. Very thin walls so can hear everything!

friendly staff, airport shuttle, restaurants & shopping mall nearby.

water temperature at bathroom is like hot n cold the whole time.

Good

The late at night entry door is not explicit. You gotta guess it and try all doors in the plaza. All other acceses to the hotel are closed

It's a nice hotel near the GNP stadium so it's great if you are going to a concert.

It's far from downtown but it's located in a plaza full of stores for shopping and restaurants.

Location is great, the shuttle service and the fact that you can wait for it comfortably at the Office in the AirPort is a great thing to have

Like that they pick you up from the airport for free. Location is good for the airport.

Brralfast is available but not included in price, which is disappointing. Bonus the hotel is pet friendly. It's NOT a bonus when you find out the process of your pet staying is almost the same price in another room. This is extremely pricey, and if I had known before booking the hotel, it would cost me €55 to have my pet stay i would not have booked here. TOOOOO expensive. There is no option to add pet staying on booking.com, so you don't know the price until you arrive, after picking my jaw up from the floor from the shock what is included in this extortionate price for a pet was a doggy bed, some water & food bowls no 5 coirse meal included for doggie and some floor protectors if accidents occur. It automatically says i give it a 5.0 this is not correct I'd give it a 3

The location was perfect for the festival we were in town for. We walked to street vendors, the market places and had several food Options right outside.

Access after hours or trying to leave early in the morning was difficult. The parking garage is the pickup location for shuttles but the parking garage gates are closed off. After hours, There is only one door to get out of (or in) the hotel which is on the other side of the mall by the Starbucks. We understand it’s for security but that should be part of the information provided at check in. We had a 5am shuttle picking us up for a Hot Air Balloon ride. The driver couldn’t get to the pickup location cuz the garage was locked and we found several chained doors when trying to get out of the mall (the hotel is located inside a mall). Another tourist was able to help us find the only door that wasn’t locked & chained.

The main lobby opens up to a 2 story shopping mall with shops and restaurants: coffee shops, sports stores, fast foods, and even a small convenient store. The restaurant has a buffet with delicious traditional Mexican meals, which change every day. The rooms are spacious, chic, clean, and uncluttered. The basement has a parking area accessible from an elevator from the lobby. The shopping center comes alive at night with bars and restaurants open for all the late owls.

The neighborhood is a busy industrial area, but that will not matter if you stay within the hotel and shopping compound.
