The rooms were amazing. Just gorgeous.
Clean, prompt service, butler, comfortable bed.

Cons -

The food and beverage prices. I am already paying over $--- a night to stay here. I can completely understand high food prices. But the prices at the St. Regis were absurd. $34 for a hamburger? $4 for an iced tea or water?! Just smacks of greed.
We were promised several times by the front rest they were going to move us to a higher floor. It never happened. They never communicated with us even they saw us many times during our stay.
