Location was bad, this is on a road that has heavy traffic, noisy all the time...all night.

Beds are like a table. Not comfy at all. Bathroom smelled like smoke all the time. AC have no maintenance. Breakfast venue have no ventilation and makes you stick like bbq smell.

Newer furnishings

Was unbelievably noisy, right off a major highway with thin walls and single pane thin windows. Insulation was nonexistent. Constant in and out of unsavory characters that made me feel unsafe. Basically a Mexican motel 6. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast, gym, location, staff, comfortable beds

Bad smell in halls, no windows in room or halls so air quality was bad, walls in room in not a good condition

It was close to local family.

I had people partying in the room next to me until 3am. They only stopped because I banged on the wall repeatedly. I tried contacting the lobby but the night clerk spoke no English and I couldn’t make her understand. Then I got charged an additional $75 that I didn’t authorize and they denied they charged me even though I showed them the transaction on my credit card. Someone else in our party had to change rooms because there were bloodstains on their sheets.

The staff was very friendly, free parking, room was small but clean. Staff went above and beyond to give us a special treat and folded towels for our anniversary.

The breakfast was awful. Everything tasted synthetic. We had a corner room with full windows on two full walls. In the morning the room is VERY bright. The curtains (even black out) did nothing to keep the whole room from lighting up. Because it gets so much sunlight it gets VERY HOT. The air conditioner in our room was broken and around 8:30 the room felt like a sauna. Night and day with temperature once you stepped out into the hallway.

I did not expect that the fee I paid would be higher than what Booking offered me. The breakfast, although very complete, was exactly the same every day. For longer stays it becomes routine

Affordable and clean

The room is extremely cold and heater did not work properly

it was amazing, i extended my stay because it was just so comfortable and i just chilled at the hotel and nearby.. breakfast was awesome and the place is rather luxurious.

The location is inconvenience. And need to walk deep down & up hill to Sante fe center to get food or others. Take taxi is too short distance.And Air-conditioning is not working properly. Causing the room is hot during and stuffy during day time.

The cleaning lady knocked once on Saturday at 9 am and didn’t wait for us to tell her to come in. she was already in the room

Nothing all good staff can be more friendly one person was in the counter make, might be from office or something he didn’t know about the reception

Terrible Place To Stay

Double charged on credit card.They state you must wear mask however half of them did not. When asked why they were not wearing masks they stated that they did no work directly with sleep in. They directly in front on side of the individuals being checked in. The customers are required to wear masks . Actually the whole stay was a disaster and front desk was of no help. When I requested a manager they were off site til 4pm the assistant would not be in til 2pm. It's been over 8 hours and no has called back. I can't remember and place I have stayed that was so incompetent in almost every category.

The location was good

The bed was awful. If you stay in cold weather prepare for sleeping very cold and they didn’t have any blankets. The included breakfast was awful as well.

The room is ok, the view is great

Location wasn't convenient for us, it took over 1 hour to get to the city center. Also it was freezing cold in the hotel

The view was nice . They also have a great complimentary breakfast.

First they double charged my card. I asked them to reimburse my card.. they offered me pesos instead . If you dont know...Mexico is known for counterfeit money. So be careful using a card because they are not up with technology apparently. The housekeeping is next to non existent . She only emptied the trash. Period. No change of sheets or towels. Didn't even make up the bed with the old sheets. Not worth the money.
