Location was good .

Breakfast was terrible . Staff was slow to respond to every request .

Breakfast buffet had a lot of items. Hot buffet had Chicken, potatoes, vegetables,Cold breakfast yogurt, fruits, cereal, bread, egg knishes and more.You could special order item from the kitchen as well. Eggs any style. Shower was great and very hot. Great location.

Pillows were little, large to sleep on. Specially if you like sleeping on 2 pillows.The room was a little dark need a desk lamp.

Overall a very nice hotel. Staff was really nice and rooms were a great size.

This time was a very bad experience

My stay was for 5 days and 4 nights. air conditioning of the entire hotel broke on the next day I checked in. They couldn’t fix the problem for my entire hotel stay. They were very friendly and trying to accommodate our needs. But the bottom line was that we spent the most uncomfortable days and nights. Our room reached up to 27.5 Celsius. Humid. Unbearable. I had so many plans for that trip. I tried the best to keep it simple. But it was unbelievably uncomfortable.

Modern hotel in Santa Fe. Great location if you have business or friends to visit. Close to restaurants and a decent size mall.

Indoor heated pool was being repaired and couldn't use it at all (heater was out).

Great hotel, great attention, comfy place for a quiet weeknd if I could live there I would ❤️

Our room TV never worked, we couldn't connect to Netflix even though we complained almost every night of our stay. They said we would get changed to a new room but never happened.

the venue was lovely, all amenities were working properly and the rooms were very clean

there was no Ice machine and the only way to get a bucket was with the restaurant but they close at 10

It's a very modern hotel located in the heart of Santa Fe. The pool/ gym area were super nice and clean.The rooms pretty comfy as well .

The waiter was a bit insistent, as if he wanted to charge a breakfast that is already included:D The first day I couldn't use the pool because was already booked.

The staff was super nice! The room was awesome super comfy and ver clean! It’s my to go to hotel every time I’m in Mexic

Facilities are a breeze! I love the looks and the feeling of the rooms, quality materials, comfty beds, great shower.

The coffee bag is missing, but I assume is because of the pandemic.
