Holiday Inn Mexico Santa Fe By IHG

The room

The breakfast

Good location for al activities clean ¿¿

Safe area

Seems old, fatty ad limited buffets

Friendly staff and clean large room

The entrance to the lifts was a bit convoluted, but it kept us safe from other people entering the building

Huge room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Staff were generally efficient but seemed overworked. I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street and service is much better there.

The price was rather high for the actual product, and there are no waste bins in public areas.

Room had plentyOf space and clean

No shops nearby and lunch was poor

nice . clean. good price

very poor facilities

poor staff

towels were old smelly room poorly trained staff they refused to give me my icg level benefits because i booked through booking

Pleasant

the staff security very rude and disrespectful we had shopping bags and entered throug the gate and he started screaming at us instead of helping and confronted me

Staff was friendly, made calls for us, got us a cab. We were not fluent Spanish speaking, so that was a surprise that most of CMX did not speak Spanish. The hotel was not walking distance from town, but we found a great restaurant at the express on site! Food was excellent there, and street food as well.

The refrigerator could have been stocked with drinks and snacks. Because it is far away, we had not way for food after we came back from downtown. Nothing to do at night at the hotel.

the room was clean and spacious

no restaurant opened. But plenty of restaurants around the area

position

overall old

excellent location, and facilities
