Valet parking only, the buffet was very limited

It was clean, very comfortable, the staff was amazing. I appreciated the quiet after being out in the city, Housekeeping restored the room and every detail each morning. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for room service.

Location wise it took a while to get places in traffic. Santa Fe is a little out of the way.

No access to apps on the TV,Netflix YouTube etc..,and i lost the valet ticket for my car and the hotel charged me on equivalent of 8 dollars,knowing that they new my name and i was a guest and a Hilton Honors member

Room service is available until 1 am

Invoice for room service was difficult for me, I recommend to make it with reception staff

Location for Expo Santa Fe

The shower had no pressuring and the air condition worked only at one speed, no possible to change it except turning off.

It’s cheap and central

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, the shower was meh, the room in general was lived in, no complimentary water, no WhatsApp concierge service

Nothing - would not stay again

The shower water had not pressure whatsoever. Water temperature mixer was broken, water was always way too hot. I reported both things during my stay but were not fixed. The bathroom door was broken and I cut my arm with a piece of wood that was hanging on the door

Room was typical Hilton. Nice part of Mexico City.

Staff was very rude (barking out demands rather than politely requesting we move) when we were smoking in the street nowhere near the hotel entrance where there were numerous cigarette butts. (I later saw two employees smoking in the same area.) No smoking anywhere near the property (including on the street). We had to walk down a dangerous driveway about 200 meters to smoke on an unlit part of the street. They did not tell us how to use the elevators, one of the keys provided did not work. It took 30 minutes to check-in. They told us to walk down the dangerous driveway to get to the Expo Center (across the street) when there was an easier and safer route. There were only two bath towels in the bath and no hand towels. The hotel entrance is difficult to find and a local taxi driver drove around the block three times and never found the entrance. (We were on the meter so he might have been just padding the bill.) My wife and I eventually gave up and walked to the entry in the rain.

I liked the gym and the breakfast

-When I received the room the bathroom was not so clean.-Occasionally the room had a high-pitched noise coming from the air conditioning in another room

My luggage, makeup bag, all clothes are gone when I come back in the afternoon. They don't even ask me anything by P

They should let their employee know their job clearly!!!!!
