Disappointing

The parking garage door was closed when we arrived. We need a sign or something to tell us where to park... we went around 3 times. Plus our room was just next to the garage door and we heard it going up and down several times during the night.

Breakfast was very good

I would like to have the breakfast ready by 6:00am. Because I had to take my taxi to the airport 6:15am and the breakfast wasn’t ready.

Clean and friendly staff The breakfast buffet is Good

Surroundings

A clean, tidy room with everything you need. The hotel has a small gym and a comfortable restaurant.

It was very noisy because the windows faced the avenue with cars, and the staff did not want to change my room.

The place was nice, clean and the staff was very nice to us. It’s not my first time there, I recommend it

I didn’t have any problems

The places si nice, clean, and easy to find. The staff es very kind

Nice clean place to eat. Friendly staff.

A little more variety would be nice.

Comfortable beds

Small bathroom, TV's screen too small

Location and parking

I stay for 2 nights and never received cleaning service

The hotel is clean, organized and has a good gym.

The breakfast needs to be improved as it is very bad. There are few choices and they use paper plates.

Clean and comfortable facilities

The service staff, never put us soap again. We were 4 people and only 2 towels were put for us. No toilet paper

Location is excellent !! Few steps from a metro station. Rooms are very cozy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and tasty. Coffee and tea 24 hrs.

The staff was ok but they could have a better an and more kind attitude. For me they were just plain.

The room was very spacious with awesome AC.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the property is located by a very busy avenue so you can't really get a good night's rest. Also, what's up with the disposable cups and plates at breakfast? (makes the hotel look cheap, which it wasn't).
