I choose this hotel because ofer free breakfast but the breakfast star late so we left with the empty stomach 🤔

Great value,so close to airport. Expect a Mexican type breakfast with beans on buns,eggs with chilies, etc.. Really nice hotel.Bed with memory foam and good quality sheets. So refreshing after traveling in Mexico for two weeks.

Location and shuttle to the airport. There is restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is simple.

It is not very convenience for the public transportation. You need to take taxi, uber. There is not very much options for vegetarian

I liked how everything was as presented on the website. I had to print my tickets and I was able to do that easily and without additional cost. Their breakfast buffet had a nice selection and all of the foods looked fresh.

I had some issues with room service. The QR code for the online menu did not work. Someone had to bring an actual menu. Also, I didn't see any booster seats for kids. It was a challenge trying to eat with an unrestrained and energetic child.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Great blackout curtains. Great breakfast included. Nice staff.

Only two small bottles of water in the room and no water dispenser in the lobby or anywhere ( except the gym). Really inconvenient and bad for the environment to have single use plastic. The price seems a little high, especially for the area.

Very Large creatively designed comfortable rooms. Conveniently located for airport layovers, with a good breakfast.

Need a nightlight in the toilet room because the room is very dark at nighttime. Hard to find your way in the middle of the night when in a strange place

Check-in was a bit slow, especially when I arrived late at night. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel a long time to get to the airport and the ride to the hotel was very long. I thought the arrival to the hotel would be much shorter.

The noise of the road sounds like you are sleeping on the sidewalk and the bed was very worn in the middle of the. My wife and I had to sleep on the edges of the bed.

I could not take the shuttle to get to the hotel. They did not reply to two messages/emails that I had sent in advance and the WhatsApp number is not public and was not informed in the emails I received through Booking.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Breakfast good. Coffee was like tea.

I didn’t know how to turn on the light but asked the front desk and they were quick to help me.

I stayed at the Hotel due to a concert in the GNP Stadium (previously Foro Sol), and it was great for it. Quick walk (15 minutes tops) from the stadium, nice / big room, clean. The breakfast was good for the level of hotel, also room service is 24 hours from Mon-Sat, so we were able to order some light dinner after the concert. If you have a concert nearby I would totally recommend it.

They gave us the wrong room when we arrived (beds were not done). We got a new room that looked clean, but there were still fresh coffee spots on the desk and no water bottles
