Very clean and the gentleman that ten the breakfast is great

That my mom had another room and her camera came up missing,she spoke to management and she stated that they would look into it and give us a call,till this day we haven't received any call

We got couple hours before check in and still got a room!

There is no toaster at breakfast, and had everything for hotcakes but no hotcakes, also, coffee could be better

TERRIBLE service! They broke into my room. I was sleeping and preparing for a chemotherapy treatment the next day. They justified it because I didn’t answer the phone! Beware your privacy is NOT respected in this hotel. NO respect for people with handicaps. CALL the police should this happen to you!

Staff were attentive and efficient and the facilities were very clean.

Amenities are too basic and the beds are tiny. They’re advertised as queen beds, but they’re twin beds. Final price was high for a hotel of this kind.

Parking should be included in the price. Coffee quality should be better, more fruit and bread variety

The coffee, the cleanliness, the colors and overall look of the place, the tidiness and color scheme in the room, my Internet was good, the cleaning staff and the bathroom.

The only negative experience was arriving in the 11 o’clock hour one night and I asked the girl behind the desk if there was any place open that sells wine or beer and she thought about the gomart and then said oh, but no, they don’t sell wine or beer. The next day, I saw they have a whole wall dedicated to wine and of course they sell beer too. Would have been nice to know.

Very small and basic rooms, tiny bathrooms, old towelsBreakfast was a desaster, the staff was not at all attentive to refill the buffet, sometimes it was almost empty, it was obvious that they reused scrambled eggs from the day before. We had to ask for bread several times, when we asked to toast the bread it was burned. We also had to ask several times for cuttlery, horrible thin coffee in disposable cups, dirty tables, it was dripping from the ceiling. Also, I wanted to pay my stay in advance, but it was not possible to arrange that, the client service was not available neither through the booking platform, nor calling them directly. Also, it was not possible to register the bill with a non-mexican entity.

The weather is getting colder and I am from a warm country. I had to request 3 times for them to activate the heating in the room.

someone opened our room door by accident at 10 pm because her key card unlocked it was a obviously a accident by her but that is very unsafe , as well as coming back from breaking our door was wide open. i would love to see camera footage since they were 2 right in-front of the elevators that would of captured it.

Compared to other hotels with high prices in Mexico city this hotel is a good alternative. The rooms are basic. Overall we had a good stay, but nothing special. The staff is friendly. The price is a little high for what you get, but maybe because we went during Dia de los Muertos. It was still a better price then all other hotels in the city. The hotel is a little far from all the sights, but you can take an Uber for a reasonable price.

The breakfast is not for vegetarians. If you do not eat meat there is no other option then fruit or some cereals (with overloaded sugar).

it was open 24hrs for late arrival

the machine for credit cards didn’t work since it was late night . we were there for an hour tried several cards. not our fault the machines didn’t work . they wanted us to walk to an atm at 2am? not safe. they refused to settle this in the AM unless we had a payment. luckily my friend had American dollars. the room was not what i booked. two beds but i got 1 bed and a rollaway and it didn’t fit in the room. it was so uncomfortable. i was so embarrassed in front of my friend for booking this hotel. i asked for a different rate for the inconvenience from the manger the next day . they refused. will not be staying at this chain of properties moving forward. i come to cdmx often too and this was the worst customer service i ever encountered. i will be reviewing this property in all platforms. i never do this but it has to be done so people can know not to book. especially if your a foreigner.
