    Pros +

    • Central location, no street noise. Close to decent restaurants.
    • Very nice location, 1 blook away from Moumento de la Revolucion, near where to eat.
    • I liked the bed, it was great. The linens, the cleanliness all were great. We especially liked the staff and service, letting us in late after a flight, calling a cab for us for the next morning. The service was super!

    Cons -

    • Room had window looking directly onto the elevator.Tiny bathroom sink, could not wash my face without spilling water on the floor. Bathroom size of a closet, with 10-inch step to go through a tiny door. Loud conversations echo through the hall. No sign.
    • Room availability should be flexible to be before 3pm.
    • Hard to find a breakfast place nearby, without a car, but we did eventually find a bakery and some coffee. We just weren't familiar with the neighborhood.

The staff were friendly, it’s close to the revolution monument.

The room was very humid even though there was a “fan” in the room, it didn’t help at all. The comforter was stained with marks and some other stains. When showering, the water pressure was great but it caused the water from the shower to leak thru the glass and created a puddle of water in the small bathroom. The room is nothing like in the picture chosen. Very small, women, don’t wear heals if walking thru some of the “hallways” of the property as the floors are not suitable for them. TV turned on but was never able to watch it due to a malfunction.

The location is good, the bed is good.

WiFi terrible, no a/c no fan the room was to hot, I ask at the front desk for toilet paper and the answer was I don't have one you need to wait until tomorrow for the cleaning lady, the staff was not friendly at all.

Super good location, nice restaurants around, walking distance for everything you need.

Not so good wifi in my room but ok in lobby. Quite noisy from next room.

    6LuzPosted on: 5-3-2025

The location was within walking distance of several historical sites; however, walking in the opposite direction leads to sketchy streets.

The sounds of the street were audible through the thin glass windows.

Room was ok for the price paid. Bed was comfortable and nice

The shower had a drainage problem and didnt drain well, so you had to wait between showers until the water drained. Bathroom did not have even one single hook to hang the towels. The area also felt a bit insecure with a lot of homeless people around the area.

Location is convenient however the street itself is a bit shady.Hotel was clean.

Apparently as a solo traveler I ended up in a bunk bed room and still paid high price for it. The bed was super hard to climb. I did. Or realize I had booked a bunk bed for the night until later and was stuck with it. I am not exactly 5 anymore so.... that room should have not cost me more than $30!

It meets the requirements, especially for quick business trips, it's a shame that the quality is starting to decline

The reality surprised me a lot, since it is not the first time I have stayed in the suite, but it was obvious that the bed had only been made up, it was completely dirty and I do not have long hair, so I was surprised to see so many hairs.

Excellent location right in center of town, quiet, clean, always had at least warm water usually hot, beds were good.

Bed comfortableQuality beddingGood reading lamp by bed

Location is very central and convenient to public transportation but is not as attractive as neighborhoods such as Roma or Condessa.

Good location, nice personel, great price.

Water pressure in shower very week, no hand towel, no hair dryer, in general ok, those things didnt spoil the stay, but could make it better.

The place and deco is beautiful and very well located at a good price

    Staff attitude can be improved

Central location, 15 mins away from the Palacio de Bellas Artes

An amusement park was build right next to the hotel during the christmas period which unfortunatelly was extremely loud

I would not stay here. In fact, I didn't as I left after only one night.

The building is run down. My room was on the top floor (good) but there was terrible smell of sewage coming from bathroom. I killed two cockroaches in the middle of the night. I booked four nights but could not sleep so only stayed the first night. Due to the policy with Booiking.com was not able to get a reimbursement on other three nights - buyer beware.

    Leaving was the best part

Rooms were not at all what was advertised, wooden floors were splitting open, and wifi was incredibly slow. The front door is locked at all times so to access the lobby you need to knock and hope the owner opens it. (was stuck multiple times outside for 15-20 minutes before they opened the door for me.
