Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Mexico City - Centro Historico

The location is perfect. I walked to all the area museums. There was police presence on almost every corner. The ambience was vibrant. There is bakery across the street that offers fresh cooked Mexican meals, pastries and coffee options. Amazing!!!!

Very friendly staff, all clerks at the front desk spoke fluent English and they eagerly assisted with anything we needed during our stay such as a sewing kit, plastic utensils for food we ordered, etc. Best location in Centro, 3 minute walk to the Zocalo!

Excellent location near the Zocalo and great hot breakfast plus pastries, yogurt, fruits, cereals. First class breakfast buffett with a Mexican flair!

The main glass door that stays locked and allows separation of lobby from the main street is appreciated and made me feel safe. The stained glass roof is beautiful, and the terrace has a great views.

The stafff was very friendly and helpful. Love all the amenities that the hotel provides. Will definitely stay here again next time when we visit Mexico City.

Very close to many food and clothing stores, including to the popular Calle Madero and the Zocalo. Hotel does not have pool but it did include free internet and free breakfast. They also include 2 free bottles of water & room cleaning daily.

Location

The reasons I opted for this hotel was location and airport shuttle. Airport shuttle is on their webpage in amenities and it turns out the service was not available. No window. Big disappointment.

Location is very close to zocalo and the Basilica. Staff were great and breakfast that comes with the room is such a good addition. Great experience over all.

We liked: 1. Safe location-- in Centro Historico, walkable to zocalo, cathedral, subways, shopping, restaurants 2. Friendly, attentive staff--quick response to requests 3. Hot, filling, delicious breakfast--incl. local dishes, juices (nopal), fruits

Cons: the room was small and compact, no real sitting area, just a desk and chair. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't a big deal. Also, the shower stall didn't drain efficiently. All things considered, I'll return here next I'm in CDMX!

Comfort of the bed and layout of room in general were excellent. The location in relation to the Zocalo was also fantastic.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included, clean room, Hampton quality and value for the price, two restaurants on premises, four blocks away from the Zocalo, plenty of stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bakery, and you name it!

convenient location near old city main city square and various points of interest. Reasonable price. Very friendly customer service attitude in all staff. Concierge was excellent (and beyond that) in helping make arrangements and providing advice

the room was small (but OK for two) and internal with a window opening into the closed in atrium which sounded good but it looked onto the access hall for all rooms so needed to keep drapes closed also some noise from atrium 6:00 AM breakfast and check in

Great, helpful, friendly staff, clean modern room, laundry facilities, terrific location, all day coffee service. Excellent bed, linens, pillows. Breakfast service was good.

No storage or shelving in bathroom, inadequate towel rails. This Standard Room could have been a little bigger and benefited from an armchair. Some street noise and alarms.
