The view from our room had an amazing view of the city! The mall below the hotel was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great! Public transportation was right below.
It was a hard to get from the airport to our hotel.
The hotel sits above The Forum Mall. It's in a very busy transit area but our room on the second floor was quiet. We didn't hear any outside noise because our room was away from the busy avenue. There are many restaurants in the mall. It was a one night stay and it was fine for that.
We booked a superior king room , there's nothing superior here. The was queen not king. The toilet/shower room is very small and no exhaust fan working. The sink/mirror are free standing in the bedroom. I've never seen anything like this. One 500ml bottle of water for two people and no where in the hotel to refill. No coffee maker, we should have checked the room details better. This is a no frills hotel. I expected more from the Fiesta chain of hotels.Breakfast. What we ate was good and plentiful. But no one was manning the egg station. Most tables were covered in dirty dishes. We only saw one waiter , who never approached us. Half of the hot items were empty and needed refilling.

Bathroom extractro did not wokrked
good location in a mall and very close to Vasconcelos library a beautiful landmark in mexico city.
i expecgted a cleaner room. floor was messy with something gooey and also found hair.
Not much to say.
Avoid this hotel!! They are not providing an invoice, I asked them several times (while i was booking, then during check-in, check-out and several times after...). Nobody is replying, even customer service can't help with that! It's ridiculous. I can't reach them since last 2 weeks. In addition, hotel first clicked that I cancelled a trip which is not true! Probably they are cheating booking.com with commissions.

The office chair and the safebox were something I didn't expect. They were convenient for my activities.
The soap in the washroom. I mean, it wasn't soap, it was a kind of body wash and it didn't work for me. I had to buy my own soap.
The room is confortable
The breakfast was not good. The bread was hard and looks like old. There was anybody helping with the service to replace the food
It was near the Forum mall
We were in four and we had just two double beds so it was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep
The room is very cozy, with a king-size bed that is large and comfortable to sleep in.Next to the hotel is a large shopping mall with a wide variety of food options.
The Wi-Fi can be glitchy in the evening. The shower temperature is inconsistent—sometimes it's too hot, sometimes lukewarm, and sometimes cold, which is quite confusing. The breakfast is not up to par compared to other hotels in CDMX.There is no kettle in the room, and only one bottle of mineral water is provided. Fortunately, there is an OXXO store downstairs in the mall where you can buy water.
