Hotel MX mas reforma CDMX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I will not stay here again. This reforma location it is VERY noisy, there is major construction next door, and worst of all is the cleanliness. Duvet, pillows, and towels are all stained. Walls have scuff marks. A major upgrade to the linens is needed.

It's located by a mix of shopping, Clubs, and very walkable to a lot within a mile. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke English when our Spanish failed us.

The facilities were a bit outdated (bathroom, linens, towels) and there's a club with audible music from 9p-4a Thurs-Sun. The design is also open in the center, which is very echo-y. The listing cited a balcony room, but the confirmation did not.

Breakfast very poor and not very appetizing. Very inconvenient bathroom in the room. Had to step into the shower and close the door in order to get to the sink/mirror.

It is really close to the Embassy. And the staff is super nice.

The noise from downstairs restaurant. You can¿t take a nap during daytime.

Walking distance from all my neccesities

Unfortunately because of covid-19 gym and terraza were closed

The location was great - World-class museums close - Mexico City has really changed this city can compare to ANY city in Europe additionally the transit system is world-class and security is everywhere, extremely safe - Mexico City is a must-see city.

1st night our room had no windows. The hotel was filled. We were able to change for a room with windows for nights 2 and 3.

- Location - Reactivity, politeness and friendliness of staff (especially when we had an issue with the room)

- Breakfast place is in outdoors on the last floor (covered) and very crowded with only 2 tables for 4 and a bar counter with 3 bar-chairs. You have to share your table with people you do not know, eat standing or wait for a space to clear - 1st night we had a small room with no window and A/c was not working. The next day, after a talk at the reception, we changed the room for a bigger room with window and A/c. (it was the same room type as the one we booked) - Very bad sewage smell in the bathroom
