The location is really good and the staff is great! Big thanks to the bellboy and the recepcionist who looked after my sister when she had to take a cab to the airport late at night. Made us feel so safe! Also the small patio is a nice extra. In such a chaotic city, it's a nice place to sit and relax.

The rooms are old, the mattresses def. need a change (not the most comfy). Also, we stayed there in December, when it was quite cold, and they had run out of extra blankets/heaters...

It was very accessible and the location was excellent. Would stay again!!

The service at the front desk was not the best. Not all front desk employees. In the afternoon, the service has areas of opportunity, especially when guests are waiting to be attended and the staff are not proactive to best attend them in comparison of the morning staff.

This is my "go to" hotel when I go to DF. The location is perfect to walk to many major sites (if you like to walk), great food and beautiful neighborhood, even at night.

No coffee makers in the rooms. WiFi and internet were under maintenance, after a long day of site seeing it would have been nice to have some internet to relax and post fun adventures with friends. The lady working the desk at night was rude and unwilling to help resolve chronic problems or offer recommendations as the others did successfully, even indicating "you don't need to tell me what the other person did, I can't help you" but then turned around to somebody and was pleasant to him.

Perfect location with a lovely old hacienda decor, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will return for sure and highly recommend it!

No pool, but a lovely garden that I didn't have enough time to enjoy. Next time!

Location is good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious.QuieteWallet parkong.

Shower head was old and water came everywhere but on our body. Hot water came extremely slowly. We asked some extra bread at breakfast and they wanted to charge for it...never saw similar at breakfast.Room was dark, more lights would be needed at evening.

Lobby and common areas are nice and charming. It has an elegant, old world feel when you enter which is what I was looking for. Breakfast was average and not worth the additional price charged. Small cafe in lobby with no atmosphere.

Rooms are tired and not indicative of the price. Bland and in need of updating.

Super friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. Very helpful.Location was amazing, metro bus stop few 100m away. And especially for the day of the dead parade, perfect location.Comfy beds. Great breakfast.

The bathroom been opened to the bedroom, when you are not a couple, not great. The bathroom itself not a great size. WiFi only for 2 devices, when there are 2 of you with IPhones and IPads. Charge of 70 pesos/day for extra WiFi.

Pre pay for breakfast. It's very good , filling and Ala carte.Walking distance to everything you need, safe and vibrant. Great capital city..Beds are good. Even has a property cat!

Good location, quaint Spanish colonial architecture, relatively value for money

Very poor WiFi in room and poor water pressure in shower.

Everything place, locación, restaurant, was very good and the staff were very nice.

One of the beds were unconfortable.

The old world architecture and excellent location is perfect for professional travelers or vacation adventurers. The hotel Maria Christina has a restaurant and a bar surrounded by a garden They are near the museums and the center of the city. Only a block from Reforma 222 a mall with top world designer shops at peso prices.
