I like the room size and bed was comfortable.

Our room was in the 4th floor no elevator. We had a small earthquake 5.4 and we were to far up on the hotel.

Quite spacious room like in a hotel. Staff really attentive and always willing to go extra mile.

We had room on a 3rd floor and wifi was basically non existent. But on the ground floor and restaurant it worked great.

Breakfast was amazing! Great location, close to transportation options and many attractions and interesting locations. Super safe neighborhood and many options for food and night life.

Everything was great. Personnel was very kind and professional. No low points.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and ready to help, especially people who work in the kitchen. The front desk lady who works the mornings was also very kind. The breakfast was delicious, they offered coffee, tea, fresh juice, fruits, eggs with different proteins or a meal of the day which were always good. The breakfast is also from 8 am to 12 pm which gives you plenty of time even if you're not an early bird. They also provide cleaning every day which was nice, and it's not too early (around 1 pm) so you have plenty of time to go out to the city even with a slow morning. They provide a bottle of water for each guest every day with the cleaning, as well as toilet paper, towels and soap (although they only provided soap when we already bought our own, a few days after the start of our stay). The location is good enough, the hotel is close to everything in the city centre, however the corner of the street always smells like garbage.

The worst thing is that we paid for late check out, because our plane back was at 8 in the evening. However, the front desk let us know that the check out is at 12 pm for everyone, and they don't provide that service. We don't know if it's the hotel's fault or the Booking's, but we had to carry our suitcases around the city for the entire day. It was horrible, we specifically looked for hotels with late check out, and finding that out last minute was incredibly awful. The Booking customer service stays silent for 4 days already, I don't know if they plan on getting back to us. Secondly, although the general facilities were fairly clean, the furniture and the walls didn't look tidy and were stained with something. The rooms didn't have an AC, which would be a problem if it was even a bit hotter there, and also no such thing as common kitchen or at least a kettle: we couldn't even drink a cup of tea or medicine (we caught a cold while travelling, and that was very inconvenient). Overall, if it wasn't for the staff, I'd say the stay wasn't very pleasant.

The staff is helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel location is good.

We only got a soap from the cosmetics. It was loud at night.

One of the staffs at the breakfast told me my reservation was for only one person so when I was told about that we decided to go to have breakfast somewhere else & the bathroom sink is almost impossible to close.

Very bad reception, there is a lot of lying

I booked a lunch with breakfast and arrived from a far place. The receptionist told me after registering and paying through the application that I did not have a room and he did not help me at all.

Didn't really like staying there

The rooms were super noisy; you could hear everything through the room. People talking, cleaning, etc. The furniture and ambience were quite unpleasant. And the room was super cold; I was freezing all night long.The area was not safe; my father got drugged and robbed at the neighbouring restaurant. Since the staff at the hotel didn't speak any English, they were hesitant to let him into the hotel when he came back covered in blood and confused. This all happened during the day.

Nice location, simple hot breakfast, and clean. Dark shades for good sleeping.

I believe I was overcharged for 1 night especially during the conversion to charge my credit card. I was charged $92 for what I could pay on booking.com or Priceline.

Conveniently close to all touristic places and transportation.Breakfast was very delicious every morning, the staff in the kitchen and front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and the room was very small, to get hot water was a pain, one day the hot water never never came out, cold as it is, it was very inconvenient to take showers every day.

It was highly difficult to regulate water temperature in the shower, the water was too cold or too hot, also not all of administrators speak english

Easy checkin and checkout, Rooms are clean and comfortable.Decent breakfast as well.

It took 40minutes and a phone call at the reception to get hot water. It then only lasted for 5minutes.Water pressure was very bad as well. For one day, the toilet flush did not work, imagine thesmell :)
