Location near to Chapultapec Park. Lovely bathroom. Separate bedroom. Two beds.

Every few minutes there was an unpleasant sound of perhaps a water pump pumping. We were on the floor just above street level. It was noisy.The beds were too firm.

Great hotel. Staff is excellent. Location is great for restaurants and bars. Very safe area. We always stay here when traveling to Mexico City.

Bathrooms are very small.

Blocks away from La Reforma and El Angel de la Independencia. Close to Oxxo, coffee shops and places to eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Street was quiet compared to other places and room had fan and AC.

Nice big room. All of the staff we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Close to lots of good street food. Not too touristy.

The staff were helpful

There is no sound proof. I can hear people living in next door talking everyday. I can hear their tv. I can hear their phone notification sounds. I can even hear people talking in their phone. It was a very noisy stay.

Wouldn't match the lower price two weeks after booking. Price match guarantee claim is false.Couldn't stream to TV from my computer. The few channels it had were all in Spanish. So, just watched off my laptop.

The hotel staff are amazing and helpful. The room is large and the kitchen has everything you need for longer stays. I have returned to this property because it is very consistent on what they offer and it has a good location to get around Mexico City. It a short walk to local restaurants and a main street that has restaurants, stores and pharmacies. I would not hesitate to come back here again!

The wifi is not that great in your room.

The height of the stools was not suited for the height kitchen table, very uncomfortable to eat there.

Everything. The location was great. Lots of restaurants, close to banks so I could get more money for the restaurants. The room was lovely and equipped with everything I could have wanted.

Getting into the bathtub was difficult but would have been fine 25 years ago!

Good location, clean room and friendly staff.Just one concern was that we couldn’t lock the door to the balcony but we were on the top floor so we felt safe enough.

Amazingly quite at the suites in the back, you can listening the birds tweeting at morning and evening, rare in Mexico City, clean facilities and walking distance is everything you need, great location.

They charge you a deposit about 48.00 USD for snaks and beberages they put at the kitchen counter and fridge, not really needed.

Good place to stay, but street side is noisy. Good quality of the room, the assortment of crockery could be extended for those who stay longer. Bed is good.

The location was great, nice walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

With the season, they could have had a heating option in the room. But the bedding options kept me warm all night. The shower also didn’t stay hot for long so you have to learn to shower quick! But otherwise the stay was great!

A large, very well equipped apartment with a balcony. It was cleaned every day, and the toiletries were good. The location is excellent, and the staff are super friendly. These apartments are great value for money given what they provide and the location.

Incredibly loud road immediately outside. Earplugs were provided but didn't work
