Pros +
- Quiet
- The location is great and I can't complain about the cleanliness. The cleanliness was definitely up to my expectation. The housekeepers were very hard working people.
- Great location.Staff was nice and helpful
Cons -
- Bed bugs in 1st room
- Be careful when you pay for your stay, their machine has an automatic markup of 11%. If your stay was $800 dollars (includes your stay and all the taxes/fees associated with it), you will end up with a $888 dollars bill. On the receipt, it says I was given the choice to pay in Mexican peso, but I choose to pay it in dollars which I didn't have the choice to do anything. The hotel clerk just took the credit card and pressed whatever he wanted. Their English is very minimal, and as a result, the communication was very challenging. When I asked the manager about it, he kept saying that the hotel can't control that, and it is my bank's/credit card company who are charging that. Actually, my credit card company charges the current exchange rate. In reality, no hotel would pick out a payment machine that has a markup of 11% unless they are benefiting from it. As a guest, I would pay it before hand online or ask to pay it in cash.
- Room and bathroom were integrated so if you have company you won't have much privacy

Room and bathroom were integrated so if you have company you won't have much privacy
The location was nice. Close to Roma, but not too noisy.
The overall experience was meh. My room, with the window covered by artificial greenery from the outside, felt like a prison cell. It was dark no matter the weather. The bathroom fan was so loud that it would wake you up if someone used it while you were sleeping, and the ceiling was so low that I could touch it without even straightening my arm.The bed was okay, but the pillows were too firm and too high. I was told there were no other pillows available, so after three nights my back was hurting.I also had an issue with my payment method, and even though I know management can usually cancel the charge, they refused to do so.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room
I could not lower the blackout blinds
Amazing location, daily cleaning service, great value for money.
Small window in the room that can’t be opened easily to air up the space. Low water pressure and just an overhead shower, makes impossible to wash a hair.
Really good location - close to Roma Norte and Condesa. Beds were comfortable
You could hear the other rooms and people walking in the hallway, so as a light sleeper you get woken up multiple times a night. Carpet seemed to be dirty/old.
In a good area of Ciudad de Mexico with access to a number of sites worth visiting. Centre like Zocalo an Uber away at around £3.Hotel is fine for a stay where the whole idea is to use it as a place to sleep whilst visiting the city. It's quite basic.
Beds were very comfortable, the hotel was really well located and the staff (especially the cleaners and in the restaurant) were very helpful and friendly.
Beds are advertised as queen size, but in reality are a bit smaller. Showers aren't especially strong.
The breakfast included was good, the hotel is well located and room was nice, not very very big for a junior suite. The people were helpful and nice.
I have to cut short my trip because my father was in the hospital and neither the Hotel or Booking refund me any part of the the reservation. I paid for 5 nights but I was there only for 1 night. There was no fridge in the room.
The property was conveniently located within walking distance of several coffee shops and restaurants.
Because it’s asking me specifically for something I didn’t like, I would say the rain shower. It’s just not convenient to use.
Not recommendable
The people at the front desk were very rude. The hotel charged me extra for the room and they did not take responsibility. I do not recommend this hotel
The location was great, staff was helpful
The hotel wasn't particularly clean, the staff were very strict and didn't offer any flexibility on requests, the rooms were tiny and had very low ceilings, the duvets lacked covers and were worn out, the bathroom fans were very loud and noisy, and the queen bed turned out to be double, rooms do not have any kind of noise isolation..
Beds were so comfortable, the room was very clean and cleaned everyday. Super spacious bathrooms, perfect for a duo travelling- double sinks, separately enclosed showers & toilets so both people can get ready at the same time. Professionally run hotel, friendly staff. We had such a lovely stay. Supremely good valu for money, I couldn't recommend this enough!!
If I had to mention a small critique it would be that the Bluetooth/casting connections on the TV didn't work. Wifi was weak at times. But these really didn't have a negative impact.
The room was large and comfy.
Rude staff, it doesn’t seem like they want to be there. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. They are all just on there phones. They don’t even notice you walk past reception. We paid $800 for a few nights accommodation and one afternoon we asked for an extra coffee pod and they said no, thats pretty average. Photo of the main breakfast for reference.
The property was in a great location, it was easy to walk to local restaurants and bars.
We had 4 rooms booked and asked to check in early, there was no availability which was ok at first, but then we had to wait past 3pm for rooms to be ready. Once we got our cards we only were given 3 out of 4 rooms and told to wait. This was weird considering both housekeeping and another employee said there was a whole floor available.
The location was great! I felt secure and close to most of the places I had planned to visit during my stay in CDMX.
The staff can sometimes come off rude sometimes. For example, when I would call reception asking a question and I would get short answers and get hanged up on in the middle of asking for clarification.
The location is really nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big, clean and spacious.
There was no real window in the room, which made it quite dark and a bit strange since you never know what the light is like outside. The window was covered from the outside by a green structure. There was construction noise every day starting at around 8 a.m., so sleeping in wasn’t possible. We arrived about 1.5 hours early for check-in. They told us the room was already ready, but that we would have to pay extra to enter it early. This policy might be normal in some hotels, but in this case it wouldn’t have required any additional effort from them. In fact, it created more work for them, as they had to store our luggage somewhere else in the meantime. They state that towels are only changed every three days, yet they replaced all of them even though we had hung them upThe rooftop terrace was not really open during the time we stayed there. We went up there and asked a waiter, who was more annoyed and couldn’t tell us the opening hours or how to order anything there.
Great location, good space, quiet
Staff could be more friendly
Location was amazing, staff was friendly
There was a bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom, needed to turn on the shower and ventilation to stop it
