- The breakfast is the best ever, everything is super clean, staff super-helpful.
- We have 5 years of traveling to CDMX for the whole of January, so we have a good grasp of the hotels at this stage. This one was a beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and new. We also loved the fact that even though most of the hotels in this area don't have windows, they made a "fake window" with convincing daylight, so it felt like it was light and bright (a welcome experience as we felt in the dark many times in hotels around here). The location was perfect. And rare for this area, the rooms were built in a way that meant you didn't hear other guests so much.

Cons -
- There were 2 reasons we gave this place an 8 when it would otherwise be a 10. We arrived 45 minutes early and they made us wait half an hour for check in. This was despite the fact that the hotel was almost completely empty and we barely saw another person there. Most places have given us early check in if the room is already ready, and that is true of pretty much every hotel we stay at internationally (last year we stayed at 30 different locations around the world due to work). Secondly, this is the only hotel that we have stayed in in CDMX that hasn't allowed luggage storage for a few nights. We offered to pay, but the max they would do was 24 hours. We had to walk 10 minutes away to store our luggage. In 5 years worth of trips, staying at hotels ranging from 3 - 5 stars in CDMX, we have ALWAYS been allowed to store luggage for short trips to the beach etc. Both these issues meant that we were greeted with "no not possible" twice right at check in, and that kind of sets the vibe for the rest of the stay.
- The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything from your neighbours. Ear plus are a must for light sleepers!
- Hot water was luke warm. My plane arrived before noon, but I couldn't access the hotel till 3PM. They held my bags, but after hours of travel, it was a little frustrating that there wasn't a way to access a room earlier. I understand they have cleaning schedules, but for international travel, it would have been nice to have a place to crash / freshen up / or take a short nap.I'd still go back there though. These critiques shouldn't drive guests away. Lovely staff.

Nice (small) room with well maintained facilities. Polite staff and quiet rooms. The restaurant was excellent; I enjoyed a magnificent steak at a good price.

friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. The breakfast buffet was excellen
My only complain that breakfast was 6 to 10 am but I was 6:30 am because I have a tour but nobody was there to server us We waiting for 20 minutes
The restaurant and cafe in house as well as the decor. Stunning!
It was very noisy and there was not option for earlier check in
Location, close to Zocalo, Ideal pastry shop etc
Noise. Because of the open floor design, poor sound insulation, and some guests arriving late (2am) but talk loudly, there are noises all day long.No window in the room.
The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfy. I loved the spa bath in our room and the jets worked perfectly, plus they included bubble bath! The staff were all very nice and spoke English. I loved the area the hotel was in, I just wish we had more time to explore but this was our last night in CDMX. It was also a very quick ride to the airport the next morning.
Be aware that it is not a simple check out process. They must check your room to approve giving you back your deposit, and they make you wait for this. I wish I had known because we timed ordering our uber before we went downstairs and we had to ask the driver to wait several minutes, which was stressful.
Location is great. Facilities are clean. Can’t hear the street noise at all.
Gym is locked. You have to go get an old school physical key for them to open it for you. Check out is a bit odd…they have to inspect the room before you can leave. Breakfast buffet was just “okay”…ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel even though we prepaid for the breakfast buffet.
Excellent service.
The thing I didn't like is that the guess staying next room can be heard all the things they say and do. Is like having a paper thin wall. Plus they force to leave a 1000 MX pesos deposit that they claim is just in case you consume something which has to be paid for. And if you don't use that money they will return to your credit card in around 7 days. But if you deposit the 1000 MX pesos in cash they will return it to you.
Location was good.
The water for the shower was never really hot. Always needed to ask for more toilet paper or soap for the bathroom.
Hotel staff are always helpful and friendly. They have great recommendations if needed. Hotel is nice ? and clean. Fruit and water are always available in the lobby. It was my 2nd time staying here and I will probably keep staying here.
Something I dont mind but other people might, its a 9 minute give or take walk from the Zocalo.
Service is great staff very professional and pleasant if we were to complain about anything it would be better options for food menu and also, the meaning of over easy on cooking eggs.
Menu options and how eggs were cooked
The staff was responsive and nice
Breakfast wasn't great. The room was dark
Location, comfortable, clean, modern
The cooling system and the ventilation was not great, the room temperature was hot even with the ac settings set to coldest, the staff was great they gave me a fan for my entire stay ?
Great location. Nice staff.
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived.
Their rooms were always clean. Staff were always very kindly from the door Guy to the receptionist to Raul at the restaurant. Sergio always with a smile Raul always making sure where not hungry or thirsty.
Towels where old need to be replaced and the iron need to be replaced both of them where very worn out
The property was great! Breakfast buffet food was really good (ask for Raul- he was great!). Location was good- we could walk to a ton of restaurants, Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Museums. Very convenient!
The only reason I didn’t give this property a 10 was that we booked a room with a jacuzzi. The jets went out of control and started squirting dirty water everywhere. After that we were scared to use the tub again. Note to self: just book a regular room?.
Super clean sheets and towels, modern decor .
Very, very, extremely tiny room.
Location, staff, breakfast
The smell in the drainage system of the bathroom.
