Hotel Lepanto Reforma

I was initially worried about the iffy area. However, I was so pleasantly surprised how roomy the room was, the friendliness of the staff (the were awesome) the delicious breakfast, and the proximity of the hotel to El Centro. I would stay here again.

The room was outdated snd had a musty smell but the benefits far outweigh the negatives

THEY LIED ABOUT FREE SHUTTLE AND I PAID HUGE PASOS TO GET TO AND FROM AIRPORT SO FAR AWAY ALMOST MISSED FLIGHTS INTERNET WAS SLOW AND BROKEN BEDS WERE HARD AND SQUARE

Great location, close to Danny Boy gym, Walmart grocery store, Oxxo, Metro Guerrro, Buenavista, San Cosme.

WIFI was poor at times, I had to move my computer near the door or out into the hallway for decent speed. I mentioned this to the front desk and they reset the system which improved it a bit but not by much, but they tried to fix asap which was cool.

No internet in our room, uncomfortable pillows.

There should be cameras outside the room. One person mistook my room and tried to enter while I was inside.

The breakfast was good but the service was a bit slow and understaffed. I felt bad for the one waiter doing most of the work. He tried his best but required more help from others.

Taking a cold shower. The hot water was not working for our first night, but the staff were kind enough to call my room and notify me when the hot water was ready again.

the hotel is clean and great, I like all their staff who are friendly and welcome, I know they don't speak English much but with their willingness to help and fast it made everything easier. this hotel has a great staff and great attitude it made us feel more than welcome to stayroom are comfortable and clean

I dont like their staff who serve in breakfast team, no smiles at all and not even welcome guest. it is the opposite with the staff at the hotel.

The place is nice all in all and good value for the money but...

...why does the room service think it's ok to knock you out of bed early in the morning? If I want something cleaned I let them know. Also it was the day of my checkout so let me sleep!What is a hotel worth where you cannot get sleep?

Absolute amazing! 10/10 ⭐️Clean and tidy room, cosy King size bed. Great, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with 2 dogs, they got bed and bowls.I can only recommend it.

The location is good if you'd like to walk to the city center, takes around 20 minutes. If you take the uber/didi, it is in an area of high traffic so you may have to sit in traffic for a long time. Other than that, it is not a 4 star hotel, it is at best a 2.5 in American standards. If you are one that does not like stairs and do no like to wait, don't book here as they don't have free usage of the elevator. You'd have to ring the front desk to get the elevator to your floor.

The elevator was solely being used for going up, and if you need to go down from your floor you'd have to call. They didn't alert us of this when we checked in, and we were on the top most floor. We tried to wait for the elevator, then gave up and walked down the slippery tiled stairs. My sister slipped and fell, and bruised her hip. Good thing that she is very healthy and strong and I would NOT recommend any seniors here. The amount of slip and fall lawsuits this would garner in the US would be my biggest red flag.

Staff was polite and responsive, with great value, centrally located was easy to reach all my destinations via uber.

Area is a bit run down, however I felt safe walking down the main street during the day , a few blocks from major high risers and business areas

We choose this hotel to spend Halloween in Mexico City. We rent a car for 5 days.The staff are super nice and friendly.Free parking for the car.Walmart and a big shopping mall are close by walking distance.There is a bus stop nearby as well.Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.The room is spacious, quiet, and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The hot water works perfectly fine.Do not forget your charger extension if you are with an EU charger design.Breakfast is super! not buffet but we are so glad. Yummy pancakes, fruits, etc. ! menu per person.

The location is not so close to the central but we do not have any problem because we rent a car during our stay.

All services were great, since the person who checked us in, the one who guided us as tourists, until the person who cleaned our room.

Something I suggest is to relayout the bathroom, because having two shower cabins in a same room is not beneficial from my user perspective. And also, consider an extractor in the showers. Thanks!

The service was very good, the restaurant vas very practical. The location and price was exceptional!

The room looked a little different than shown in the pictures (linens and lighting).
