Location, cleanness, big room.

It needs maintenance. There were a lot of things needs to be repaired or replaced.One of the blinds get constantly stuck, one of the tv remote controls didn't has batteries, the jar of the coffee machine was brocken from where the coffee is poured, the hands soap dispenser didn't work, the tv in front of the beds is veeeery slow if try to use the smart option / apps.Staff left us without towels the last day. We didn't leave the towels on the floor as we will use them next day, (it was only 2 nights stay) but staff took all of them when went to clean the room but didn't leave some clean ones. We reported that to the staff later and we were told they would take care of it but towels never were provided.

Couch sucks but I never really use a hotel couch, and the wifi is terribly unreliable

Great location. Spacious room, comfy bed. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Will store bags for late flights after check-out.

Minor detail but not enough hooks/hangers for 2 people. My husband tried to have a bath in the very deep and lovely spa tub and the cold water tap flew off and soaked the room and himself.

All was good. If anything I would say all pillows were firm and there we're 4 on the bed. I would do 1 firm and 1 soft.

the suites are big and nice for the price

it's not that nice, the couch we got in our suite had no legs so it was just sitting on the floor so we did not use it since it was so low to the ground and seemed so gross. at night when in bed our bed would shake every time a big car passed by and it was also so loud we could barely sleep most nights. maybe it's better on lower floors and not facing the street but our room was high up and facing the street so it was bad. also the wifi only worked in the living room area and as soon as we walked into the bedroom or bathroom it stopped working. so it also didn't work well for the tv in the bedroom so streaming movies in that room was impossible. overall not bad for the price but i would not stay here again

We had a 1 bedroom suite. The bedroom and attached bathroom were both great. We also had a terrace, dining room, living room and a half bath. lots of space.

The wifi only worked if we were standing by the door to the suite. There was no wifi access in the bedroom. The living room only had two chairs and a table. For such a large suite, I would have expected some sort of kitchenette, but there was only a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. We had 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. No spoons, nothing to be able to prepare or eat any food in the suite. It was cold while we were there. The heat in the bedroom worked, but the heat in the living area did not. We reported both the wifi and heat issues, and were told they would look into it, but nothing was done.

The kingsize bed was comfortable, it was clean and friendly staff.

The sofa bed was terrible

King suite with jetted tub was great! Large outdoor patio and spacious suite. The black out blinds were so nice to sleep in. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and access to washer and dryer was convenient. Nearby Oxxo was helpful for quick errands.

I thought it would be closer to centro histórico and metro. The bus is right across the street but I had to take ride shares more than I would have wanted.

Definitely cost do with renovations, some of the sheets and towels have seen better days...

Average place with modern amenities for solo travelers.

The size is smaller than I expected.

No noisy neighbors. I ordered in the last minute and got a good price.

They didn’t clean the rubbish bin in the toilet. There was a puddle of water on the floor next to the toilet.

Not willing to give an extra pack of coffee without extra charge...for a hotel in a rom of this price range (which is for multiple occupancy, there should be at least couple of packs already kept. Wi-fi absolutely does not work. staff was not very engaged is solving the wi-fi problem. in fact, they nonchalantly told me yes its a problem with the internet provider. very disappointing for a hotel room which has everything else just perfect except poor wifi and coffee provisions.

The room was spacious and included a small living area and dining space. The bathroom had a spa tub, and there were two TVs. The location, close to Reforma and public transportation, was also very convenient.

There was a clear communication problem among the staff, and on top of that, the person on duty at midnight had a very poor attitude.When I checked in, I was told my reservation was for one person and that there would be an extra charge of 400 pesos if someone else joined me. That fee was not clearly stated in the reservation details when I booked, and I believe the hotel should make this information explicit from the start.What frustrated me most was the inconsistency. When I asked if I needed to pay the fee right then, the receptionist told me it wasn’t necessary and that “así se quedaba.” He only mentioned that my friend would need to show an ID upon entering later.However, when my friend arrived at midnight, the staff member on duty asked whether I had paid the extra fee. I explained what the previous receptionist had told me and asked him to verify it with his colleague. Instead, he refused, saying he had “nothing to check” (“no tenía nada que preguntar”) because the price list was right there. He insisted I had to pay and even referenced the security cameras as if I were trying to avoid payment. His attitude was really disappointing, and the lack of coordination between staff made the situation worse.It would have been perfectly fine if I had been asked to pay from the beginning. But after being told I didn’t need to, it was unreasonable for another staff member to demand the payment later and imply it was my fault.

The WiFi was terrible, the room wasn't properly clean, the shower was deficient, and the staff was not always helpful.

Location is great , hotel is new and well maintained

Air conditioning was not working , rooms were very stuffy , lots of mosquitoes , cleaning was quite basic and needs improvement Wifi super slow
