I arrived at night after harsh long flights and got a dirty used room! I was so shocked, asked to get a clean room and one lady who worked there at night was unhappy that I asked a clean room but she gave me a key. It was very cold and she refused to provide another blanket so I had to insist. Saw small cockroaches on the floor. It was my first and worst night in Mexico, and they charged me 700 pesos plus taxes for this hell:/
My TV never connect to the internet. I told the front gay and he told me to unplug and plug it back in . Thats all .
