Hotel Block Suites

Location is great. Room is comfortable and well appointed for any length of stay. Nice rooftop patio, and business center.

Shower head is very high in the ceiling, but not an actual rain head so it spreads out too far to get an effective amount of water hitting you directly. Nice idea but wrong shower head for that design.

1. The staff working at the hotel are the best part of this hotel. 2. The rooms were very clean. 3. Free internet and breakfast. 4. Laundering facility was clean and included free soap and rinse. 5. Baggage-hold when we arrived early and left late.

1. The rooms and the hotel are way smaller than they appear in the pictures. 2. Beware of the quoted price! When I checked out, the price was $125 dollars more than the price on my printed itinerary. 3. The street is a bit shady and really loud.

The Location was amazing, it was near the Condesa, Zona Rosa, and Roma Districts. It was a great location for all the happening areas outside of the central district.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-maintained and clean.

Air conditioner did not work the first night but it was hard to get help since the staff was minimal. We did get another room.

Nice rooms. Liked the way you could separate the bedroom from the rest of the suite. Also, a nice kitchenette and a table.

The cardio equipment (bike, elliptical, treadmill) in the gym did not work which left me with one machine. Also, they should not allow smoking on the roof where the gym is located because it is simply disgusting to work out when you can smell smoke.

The photos shown on the website are nothing like the real place. The beds in all the rooms are rock-hard, you really can’t rest properly at all.The location is very central and convenient, everything is close by, but the staff service was extremely poor.There’s a girl at the front desk with a very unpleasant attitude. No matter how politely I tried to ask questions, she clearly had zero customer service skills.On one occasion, I asked her to open the parking gate and her attitude was awful. She didn’t even respond when I said thank you.

Few staff, especially the overnight front desk young lady. She didn't have tactics to deal with the public. The location wasn't the best.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

BED BUGSloud construction every day, we were moved to 3 different rooms, no heating, mold in the fridge, broken appliances, unhelpful staff who refused to refund or even apologize

The location was great for walking to excellent restaurants and the Uber price was inexpensive to get to any main location or excursion.

There is a club next door that played music really really loud until 4 am one the weekend I was there

This hotel is hard to beat for value and location. Excellent location near the Angel of Independence and in Roma Norte neighborhood. Room was basic and well laid out. Clean, efficient. Kind of basic. Two reasons I stayed here were customer evaluations were comfortable bed and an effective internet. Both of these were true. Various folks working for the hotel seemed capable, though not all can converse or have a basic fluency in English. Overall comfortable.

Breakfast was forgettable.

Avoid being there on Christmas Eve-very loud noise from the party on nearby square all night long-not the hotel's fault, of course.

The location was great, and honestly the beds weren’t bad. And if you go to the rooftop wow it’s amazing!

The only thing we didn’t really liked was the fact that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the next door, but nothing crazy.

The location is near just about anything a visitor could want. Their breakfast is delicious and the roof top was our favorite place to enjoy a drink and relax and watch the sun go down.

The jacuzzi was shown in the picture but it was not operational while we were there. I wish they had let us know and maybe adjusted the price since we really pick a place for certain amenities. WiFi is s-l-o-w. There was a lot of renovation happening so next time I think it will be even better!
