The location is perfect – in the heart of a safe, lively neighborhood with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries, boutiques and parks within a few blocks. The staff is exceptional – they go out of their way to make each guest feel special and meet your every need. The restaurant is quite good, and there's a coffee shop and a thoughtful mini mart with the little necessities American travelers might want (but have trouble finding elsewhere nearby). The beds are very comfortable and our room was spacious and nicely appointed, with a comfortable wing chair for reading.

The property was lovely and clean. We arrived around 1130pm from the airport. Staff spoke a little English which helped. There’s a nice cafe/book store close by. The breakfast spread was varied and nice. Omelettes were lovely. Uber was very easy to use.

It's a quick Uber ride to the Anthropology Museum or Chapultepec Castle and not far from the historic district. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved the rain showerhead. Excellent location. Room was spotlessly clean - thank you house keeping staff! Compared to other hotels, rooms were fairly quiet.

The room we booked didn’t have a window. We got moved but double check this when you book! Staff in the restaurant unwelcoming and unhelpful in the morning. Just standing chatting with each other.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The location was fantastic, the staff were really helpful, the beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. We felt really safe walking around the area, even at night (as 2 females). The staff helped us book a private tour to xochimilco that cost the same as an online group tour would've been and it was fantastic.

The shower was a little weak (but was hot). We arrived early in the morning from the airport and were charged for a cup of tea that we actually made ourselves - the staff member then also asked for a tip(!) apart from this one odd interaction, the staff were otherwise fantastic and really helpful.

Location, service, food, comfortable beds

The restaurant food was very tasty though not a huge menu. The location was very central to the enjoyment of Roma and the neighboring barios.

2 of our rooms were unfortunately double booked with non-refundable condition. Inspite of the obvious double booking, the hotel did not refund even partially the money. Since it was for a 5-day stay, it was a significant loss.

Despite the amazing location, the night was quiet and I slept very well. Clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly and room/ facilities were clean, Breakfast was the best!!

Very good location, easy check in, clean bed and sheets, all ligths worked, clean bathroom, hot showers, great TV programs in English, easy check out. Jaime the doorman was so helpful, so were the ladies at reception.

The elevator. On the second day it did not work, so I had to lug two pieces of luggage down two flights of stairs. However I had to go up and down the stairs three times, because by the time I came for the second luggage that was still in the room, the electronic key didn't work, so I had to go down and had it reactivated, before going up again. Good exercise, but was not planned.
