The location is excellent! It is far away enough from the city center yet close enough for a nice walk to the city center.

Driving to the hotel can be a bit tricky as it is on a one way major thoroughfare. It takes a few tries to find the parking entrance which changes depending on the time of day.

The location was nice and staff were friendly.

The road noise was unbearable at times, but with a pair earplugs I survived.

Great value hotel. Well equipped bed room with good lighting, safe, fan and black out curtain and large bath. Good wifi, great staff, comfortable bed. 24 hour check in and food and beverages available. onsite. Oxxo is 2 blocks away. Metro to airport is 4 blocks away.

Not the fault of the hotel, there are loud motorcycles and trucks thru the night on the busy road out front, so light sleepers will want to use ear plugs

Although the location is still around the historico central, it a bit of a walk and the area is kind of industrial.

Great location. Simple, but comfortable and quiet. Excellent location to metro and old city. Friendly staff. Room was cleaned daily and well stocked with soap and shampoo. Window blind was helpful for sleeping. Very good value

The area is a little dangerous at night. I recommend taking a cab back at night. I also don't think it's fair to give free coffee to guests in morning , but tea drinkers have to PAY.

Definitely Value for money. Good to stay for one or two nights. Wasn’t bad accommodation at all, the noise was manageable, a bit cold but still OK

The location was great - about 20 mins walk to the Zocalo, and 5 mins walk to the Metro. Great breakfast place next door. The area is a block or two from the busy center and feels more local. I always felt safe walking around though. It was about $7 by Uber from the airport. The staff are always available. There is coffee and pastries. There is a place to sit downstairs. The wifi is best in this area. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, and there is a flight of steps to the 4th. There is a safe in the room - you pick your PIN. The room has a bed, desk, and chair. The bathroom is perfectly adequate and plenty of hot water.

I knew this going in from other reviews, but there is a great deal of traffic noise - loud exhausts, whistles, etc. Plus the elevator or generator kept making a clunking sound. You will definitely need earplugs or even a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper.

I liked that the hotel is environmentally conscious (it's aware of water scarcity in Mexico city and have a number of suggestions to reduce water use; they also have a water fountain in the first floor in order to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles). The bed is really comfy, wifi worked really well and fast.

The staff were great and very helpful, the location is okay, but it's not far from a lot of cool stuff if you dont mind a little walk and its not a long taxi ride from bigger venues like the GNP for watching concerts or F1

I dont think there is parking if you wanted to rent a car, and the rooms have a self locking door that could potentially lock you out if youre not careful with your key but thats a minor issue really and not a big deal

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness facilities weren’t too bad. There was a hot water in the shower and it was a fairly spacious room for the price.

Some people might not feel comfortable with the location, but we felt fine. It’s not too far from the metro.

The staff was very nice, especially Letty. It’s 2 blocks from the subway and a 15 minute walk to El Zocalo. The room was comfortable and clean. Cleanliness is really important to me and it met my expectations.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear what’s happening in the hallway and other rooms. One night I was awaken by a crying child at 3 am.

Hotel is a little simple, but overall very good. Good internet, good value for money, Location is reasonably good

Close to Zocalo and transportation options. I really admired cleanliness and the sustainability policy of the hotel. The cleaning staff were extensively caring. Wifi worked without interruption. The free water-dispenser was quite beneficial which is a significant plus.

However, there are certain fallacies that cannot be ignored. My prime complaint is the noise. Ok, the street is very noisy and crowded but the hotel should have developed a better sound-proofing system. The noise of the street really makes the room unendurable. Also, especially one of the male personnel was rude and far away from any assistance and refused any attempt to speak some English. There was only one plug in the room and it was far away from the desk which rendered working on my laptop difficult. Also the room got really cold at night and there was no heating.
