Pros +
- The staff was nice.
- The hotel was charming and large rooms and bathrooms. Great location, and straight forward service.
- Unique decorations
Cons -
- Walls were paper thin, we could hear every guest as if they were next to us. Its on a BUSY street so noise kept us awake. The room lights flickered constantly, half the shower head didn¿t work, water pressure was weak, and H20 temp was uncontrollable
- Very noisy from the traffic as our room was facing the street in the 5th floor. Need better sound proof windows. No Mini fridge. No a/c.
- The staff could've been friendlier and possibly spoken English maybe. For being an international city the staff should at least attempt to accommodate communication. Oh and the expectation that everyone uses WhatsApp is unrealistic

Everything was just fine. The decor was whimsical and fun to look at. Breakfast was excellent.
The restaurante is nice, the breakfast is relatively good.
The area is terrible lot of prostitution around , lot of cars with hightail volume music around picking up prostitutes , they make too much noise in the streets. The bed was terrible the mattress was so blend , the towels old, etc.

Very responsive staff, allowed us to check in at an odd time. Clean. AC worked well.
Beds were very stiff and made a lot of noise. Only gave 1 key and it did not work to keep the electricity on because it was too small. Shower water was too hot/cold. Somewhat noisy area. Not a lot to easily walk to.
Quirkyness of the hotel.
The hotel was situated between two major roads and without double glazing the room was noisy at night. Only one member of staff seemed to speak some English. After an earthquake which shook the building and we evacuated to the street no one appeared to do any sort of count to see if all the guests were out.
The staff was accommodating but not very helpful. It’s pretty central
There’s a lot of prostitutes outside past 8pm and very noisy. They put us in a smaller room to start but were able to give us the original room we booked after a night in the wrong room
Staff is nice, could find everything I needed for a short stay
Decoration is a bit overwhelming but it's comfortable room

Location is preaty good.
Breakfast wasn't so good. Lack of wegetarian option. If you staying more then 2 days, basically you'll eat the same meal.
Restaurant staff was nice and polite, very prompt to help and friendly. Food okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Nice coffee
We encountered several different staff members at the front desk, and most were neither helpful nor polite, which was very disappointing. The room, bedding, and robes were quite old, and the towels were already fraying. None of the robes, towels, or bed linens smelled clean or felt fresh; if anything, the bedding felt unwashed.Another concern is that the tap water is not drinkable, yet no bottled water was provided. We had to request water more than twice, and when it was finally brought to us, it still wasn’t bottled—unbelievable. If the water cannot be consumed, how are guests expected to brush their teeth?Additionally, we were never informed by the front desk that a complimentary drink was included, which was yet another letdown in the overall experience.
be careful
the hotel is in a prostitution area and drug related be worn.you will not be able to exit your hotel at night.drug addicts are every where.not worth loosing your life to a narco.tried to cancel once i seen the place they refused! had to book somewhere else and pay double.you haave been warned.
The service was friendly and helpful
Very bad location. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway. There were very noisy people, yelling and talking loudly outside of the room all night long. The bathroom drain was clogged, and it started overflowing while I was showering. The Internet connection was very slow and disconnected all the time, it made it impossible to do a simple iCloud backup.

Don't stay here!!!!
We arrived to Mexico City to partake in the Dia de Los Muertos celebrations on Thursday, October 30, 2025. We checked in and went out for the evening to have dinner. Upon our return, there were what we assumed to be prostitutes standing outside the front door entrance. The evening was shattered by people screaming, cars/ motorcycles revving their engines until 4 am. Our two rooms faced the street and were on the 2nd floor. The police came twice, but the noise would settle for only a few minutes. Once they were gone, the noise began again. We had to book another location in the middle of the night, which also turned out to be a bust. That'll be in my next review. As we checked out on October 31, we were asked by the front desk why we were leaving. When I told them of the sleepless night, the just said " Oh, OK". We had to book a third accommodation. We lucked out as the weekend was a busy time.
The staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned each day and had everything you needed. The location was good. The breakfast had a good range of food on offer and there was a 24hr help desk. The Aircon worked well. Overall a very good stay
There were no traditional plug sockets near the bed, they were only USB ports which we didn't have. Breakfast ran out pretty fast and the staff struggled to replenish it properly, especially on the day a tour bus took over the breakfast hall. The netflix had a restriction on it so despite advertising it, it didn't work. You can hear a lot of the traffic noise from the road. All of these were minor points and I would stay here again but they are worth mentioning.
As the name says it’s boutique, pretty calm environment and decorations are just exceptional
That I couldn’t invite friends to come over and play pool
