It has a good breakfast, bed and A/C. The facilities are clean and they clean the room every day

It doesn’t have a great location and the thing is that if you have a room that faces the street (that was my case) you will hear everything (cars, bikes, people) specially at night so it can be difficult to sleep. It doesnt have any type of soundproofing The rooms are less quality that is shown on pictures, For me it is at least a 3 stars hotel.

I didn't enjoy the food at the cafe. I found the quality to be mediocre. We had dinner there on our last night. Have not tried the breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The free bike rentals were great and they had extra stuff like battery charging and umbrellas that made the stay that much better. The decor in the main lobby was beautiful.

I would improve the towels to a thicker materials but for the price this hotel offers a lot of value. I would improve some cleanness in the shower otherwise the room was very clean.

Included in the rooms could be a Refrigerator where Quests can store food etc which makes the stay more pleasantThr stay was a pleasant one. The Staff at the front desk were very helpful.

This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the area isn’t very clean or nice, so people just need to keeping that in mind. The positive side is it’s close to the attractions in the historic center area.

Location was central but the area did not feel very safe, especially at night. Breakfast could be improved although fruit and pancakes were quite good

From the moment we arrived, the staff (Noemi and the entire kitchen crew) made the stay exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful and their English was spot on. All of these aspects made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The immaculate cleanliness of the hotel stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in a convenient location.

Absolutely nothing to report here! If anything the restaurant needs to stay open later. Maybe have small refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I had stayed before so there’s things I liked already, and those are the same, location is great near the Balderas Metro Station, comfortable walking distance to Palacio Bellas Artes, included breakfast is great, styling is very nice. The Christmas decor was AMAZING is something so simple that goes a long way. Early check-in if available on early arrival flights (I.e. 5-7 am) is worth it, was able to rest before starting my day. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

My room last time was in a different location, which had less foot traffic from other guests, this time was right by a small living area and front and center off the elevator/stairs, so noise level was a little too much, specially since room doors are not very sound proof, same as the window facing the street, not very sound proof, which lead to noise from the outside, thought to be honest, the noise from the hallway was worse. One additional small thing, which may be asking too much, but it would’ve made our service experience to be exceptional instead of great. Late night eats or app food delivery is such an easy thing nowadays, one of the days I ordered some food, restaurant didn’t send any utensils, and the reception did not have anything we could’ve used or borrowed, disposable utensils even if they’re cheap would go a long way, since they don’t offer a 24hr food service/room service.
