Location is near lots of coffee shops and metrobus insurgentes and Reforma. The facility is great, clean and staff very helpful.

Internet signal was weak, but I was out most of the time. I didn’t mention until check out time.

No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, bed was very uncomfortable, rooms were dated.

Spacious. They have hot water all the time. They gave us kettle to boil water. Location is good, do try Cafe Nin.

Super cold, no sunlight

You get a full apartment for yourself and the room has everything you need.

We definitely got one of the older rooms, not the nicely renovated ones which your mainly see in the pictures. The room was freezing cold. Also after we got an electric heater, the room did not get any warmer. The safety box to store your valuables was broken (I guess). You could not lock it. The room was really okay and clean, but I did get better value for the same price in the area.

Elevator sometimes didn’t work and I was on the 6th floor. Uneven steps in lobby are going to hurt someone someday.

There does not appear to be any person for checking and property door was close, and they just charge me, we never stay there. This is Scam and Fraud.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, night life and neighborhoods. I also like the staff, they where very friendly, helpful, and kind. Everyday they welcome me with a smile and asked me if everything was ok. My TV was not working and the person in charge changed it right away. I also like they make you feel like family and not simply guests they honestly care about your comfort and stay.

Maybe adding some air conditioning or fans in the room for hot days will be nice. Also, more upscale bedding, the bedding does not match the quality of the suites. Another thing would be nice to add lighting to their roof top, there is no light at night. The roof top has potential for improvement

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood while close to a metro station. Nearby has a wide range of restaurants. The room is spacious - it's a studio with two twin beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The mattress is a little bit too firm for me but still good. The staff are very kind and helpful. We booked two nights and asked for one more night as we just loved the apartment. So, we're there for 3 nights in total. From what I was told, half of the folks in the building are long term tenants. I can see why - nothing fancy but just nice location and well kept. They also provided house keeping daily to us but we didn't use it. We wanted to book again for the following week and all rooms were already sold out.

the location was prime. walking distance to reforma 222 if you are into shopping malls. But very well located for cute cafes and shops. if youre going to mexico city you know walking is most preferable.

These rooms do not have AC so be prepared to be warm especially if you are coming in the summertime.

Room is really a mini suite - seating area, small hot plate etc. Filtered water available downstairs but not "advertised". Location is wonderful in a classy but relaxed neighbourhood. exterior appearance and receptionist - both nice.

Contrast between downstairs and upstairs. Rooms and corridors appear to not have been refreshed/renovated in years - tired and dark.
