The design is special. The rooms are an experience. I would come back here again. Good location.

Others were not lying about the incessant noise! Sounds like a wind turbine or drill going on and off constantly. When I went to the reception they initially acted like they have not heard the sound complaints before, then I mentioned the other reviews and they offered to change my room the next day (which feels pointless when the sound is currently disturbing your sleep)The hotel is otherwise clean and has an interesting design upcycling a lot of materials. There is no natural light in any of the rooms, which is unclear from the listings. Additionally my listing pictured a desk and there was not one. The location is the saving grace for this spot! Easy to get everywhere

Great location fun and quirky design of the property. Breakfast much better than expected.

My room was noisy and I had to change after the first night. There was a generator next door. Fortunately I had a speaker and could play white noise to block the sound at night.

Great location, walking distance to all the good food spots. High pressure hot shower, breakfast on the terrace is nice.

You need to bring ear plugs as the place is not that sound proof

The breakfast was the reason we stayed here again a week later. If you like eggs, refried beans, salsa verde/rojo, tortilla chips, queso fresca, etc, the breakfast is for you. It's a buffet with other things such as fruits, toast, jello, meats, cereals so if you don't like Mexican food, you have other options. The kitchen staff are friendly and do such a good job to make you feel welcome. They have a tip chair, which we didn't see until the last day. I wish we had seen it sooner so we could let them know every day how much we enjoyed it. The coffee machine is fine. Our kids enjoyed the hot chocolate. The seating is outside so for us it was a bit cold since it was January, but really we looked forward to this meal every day. The hotel staff does their best for whatever your needs are. The first week we were there, there were beautiful bottles of tequilla available to buy and we had planned on getting them the last week of travel, but they weren't available due to some construction in the reception. The reception staff was kind and we enjoyed the area so much. It's a cool, very safe neighborhood. We will definitely chose this hotel again.

The only thing was the first week our room was on the side of the building and we had issues with hot water and drainage, but the second week we stayed in the middle of the hotel and both issues were much better. The reception most of the time speak English, but really do their best to communicate however they can with you, with patience. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's a good price for what you get. Can't wait to go back. Oh and be sure to visit the taco trucks just outside.

Great location walking distance to the Main Street of Roma Norte

Hotel is incredibly loud due to the layout of the rooms, more like a motel style in America. The first floor is especially loud, you will be woken up by every guest walking in and housekeeping just due to how the interior is built.

It could have been cleaned better. Also it was loud, you could hear people talking and walking in the corridor.

The location was fabulous, right next to a coffee shop and convenience store, and in a great neighborhood to explore. The hotel itself was lovely and charming, with a nice roof terrace and comfy-looking places to sit indoors as well. Breakfast was delicious and served from 7-11 each weekday. WiFi was speedy. I checked in very late and appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water waiting for me in my room. The bed was comfy, and the shower got hot quickly!

These might not matter or be relevant to you, but there were no real windows in the room. At the front of the room a very heavily frosted "window" pointed into the hotel hallway rather than outside. You can raise or lower the shade to let in hallway light or make the room dark. Nobody can see into the room because of the frosting, but you also can't see out--it's just a light source. In the bathroom, another heavily frosted window did appear to let in some natural light, but also couldn't see in or out. I also appreciated that there was a gym, but it was small and the one treadmill was always in use when I passed by. Luckily, I found some nice places to run nearby, so maybe a blessing in disguise?

Fantastic location in Roma Norte, close to so many restaurants, bars and shops and easy to get to other parts of the city. The neighbourhood is lively and welcoming. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and cleverly designed.

Our room smelled a bit mildewy at times and there was no way to open a window to circulate the air. Also the water pressure and temperature could be unpredictable, but not a major problem

4-star rating is very misleading. It was barely a 3-star hotel.Rooms felt more like a walk-in closet than a hotel room.Complete lack of ventilation in both the room and the bathroom. There was also mold or mildew in the bathroom. "Windows" were completely frosted over and couldn't be opened.Found a cockroach running around the room.The sound of the generator next to the room impaired sleep Old towels. Limited grooming supplies

Pros: location was excellent, very convenient to shops, restaurants, transit, parks and pretty safe. The breakfast was great to have. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Bottles of complimentary water was good too.

Cons: the bathroom was tired, could see mold, the towels were thin and almost threaded bare, had noKleenex, had to go to front desk for toilet paper, also our key cards wouldn’t work so had to go and get them rekeyed often.

The location is amazing, close to gracery stores and amazing bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful with info and recommendations.

Old facilities (mould and clogged shower) and noise coming from the parking next door and the music at the reception. Very basic breakfast.

Great hotel with cosy rooms in a perfect location in Roma Norte close to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options including fresh fruit.

The layout of the hotel is open with all floors connected. This unfortunately makes it a bit noisy. For light sleepers this might be less ideal.

Breakfast was simple. But good.

Stay only for a night. The room was clean and comfortable, but internal, with no windows. I was happy I didn't have to stay longer. Staff were nice. Breakfast was below average, especially as the area is full of nice cafes.

The hotel was in a nice, quiet, trendy neighborhood that was close to the metro. The room was comfortable with fast Wifi, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room didn't have a proper desk or table to sit and do a bit of work. Also, the breakfast was outdoors, which for most of the year would be fine, but in December was rather chilly so I needed to have breakfast in my coat and hat.
