It was clean with a hot shower.

The bed was hard, the neighbors were loud.

Location close to zocalo and airport and pyramids

Very noicy from street music singing all night!

No freez in the room, no free in the hotel. Breakfast time is too late too slow and food quality was not good and quantity is very less. Charging points are only 2.Staff they can not communicate in english so it was a big problem with communicstion.Booking.com rate was US$90 PER THEY CHARGED ALMOST US$102 ( IN LOCAL VURRENCY 1788 WHICH IS ABOUT US$102.)No other problem. HOTEL IS VERY DULL AREA.

House keeping service clean and nice.Breajfast was realy very bad.No filter water in the hotel but they provided 2 botel 500 ml water every day.No referigretor in my room.

Price, hotel was clean.

Apparently was breakfast included, asked for it and front desk told me was only room service.

Loud music on the street at 03AM. No air condicioned and not a good noise isolation.

Lovely big room, comfortable, clean.

The hotel is fine as long as your room doesn't face the street which is very noisy due to a taco shop opposite that is open until 4am, playing music at very loud volumes. The street outside is also used for drug dealers and users. Not a safe area to go out after 7pm

alleys were dirty, bathroom was flooded everytime the shower was on...the bed was very comfortable but the bed clothes are too much worn out and show cigarette burns.

The staff were friendly

The room was so dirty. There was lots of hair in the bed and the sheets were stained black and dirty.

Big bed, comfortable and large room. Clean in some areas.

There was a cockroach in our room. One of our pillows was dirty and when we came back after they cleaned the room, the same dirty pillow was on the bed. Even though the cleaning lady said she thought we had already left…. So she had prepared the room for the next customer.

The room was very spacious and the location is quite near the bus terminal and the historical centre (walking distance for both).

This place is probably used for prostitution purposes, as they offer hourly room rentals. You can hear music from different rooms throughout the whole night and there is a busy street nearby. More over the neighbourhood is really sketchy and can be dangerous apparently. The rooms and sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. No WiFi was provided.

Not worth it.

What a terrible hotel, service is so bad, rooms are either smelly or noisy. I couldn’t sleep in the room facing the street. So loud! No fan, so the room got unbearably hot. The area is one of the worst I’ve been to in CDMX.

No charging for the cell phone. I already paid cash when check-in, now they also wanted to let me pay again by credit card? Want me double payment? Scammer and bad attitude of the front old lady. I paid them 700 peso, she even didn't refund me 10 peso as the changes.

Not what I expected

There was no AC or fan, the room had just been cleaned so the smell in the room was really strong and the windows did not open fully.

The room was a good size.

There should have been the option to rent air con units and a fridge. My room wasn't cleaned consistently, and the house keeper asked me for money.

I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, the place was very good and quiet

I found everything nice, nothing to improve

Location are the most dangerous in Mexico city. Don't go here during night

No aircon in the room. Was too hot

The Seoul Hotel is close to the ADO Central bus terminal which was great and very close to Centro Historico. Just half an hour slow walk Room was spacious and clean.

I didn't like the neighborhood area but for a 3-night stay that was not an issue.

Very poor

Noisy rooms , I couldn't sleep due to the noise coming from the street the entire night.... Towels were dirty and the bed is not comfortable. The neighborhood is dangerous, be careful... Among the worst hotels were I've stayed during all my life
