Cons -
- Hotel is old, outdated and looks dirty
- Booked hotel because it advertised a airport shuttle.when we landed at Mexico City Airport called hotel and requested pickup from shuttle. We were told no shuttle take a cab.
- The lobby carpets were dirty, the elevator was loaded with trash. The halls had trash piled up, discarded from the rooms. The hotel smelled like paint thinner. No hot water no matter what we did. Sinks didnt drain, toilet barely worked.

Everything was good
Staff’s kindness and location.
Lack of cleanness, and the air conditioner wasn’t working.
Very poor
The only person that was kind to us was the bellboy, the installations were horrendous and the price is not worth the trouble, we had to change rooms twice due to lack of hygiene and they didn't have hot water. totally not recommended
Good location and overall everything was fine, but there is no internet in the room. It is not fair to pay for the service without having such a basic amenity. This should be fixed.
the internet, they need to check the internet. It is not fair to pay the full rate and not have such an essential service available. This is definitely something that needs to be fixed to improve the guest experience.
Polite pleasant staff. Very clean.
A bit run down. Rooms were definitely 2 star. I believe there are better deals in Mexico city.
Very comfortable easy to access hotel. Good sized room and small gym. Helpful staff and good luggage storage facilities
- Location- Price is good for this neighbourhood (San Rafael)- Cleaning staff is helpful- On site restaurant is convenient- The front desk gave me an extra blanket when I asked. There was no extra blanket in the room.
- NO Heating! México City is cold in winter.- It's a family hotel, so lots of loud families - The front desk staff are curt and brusque
The bellhops were helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area had a cool art show with hundreds of artists on Sunday.
- bed was hard- no air conditioning- the normal airflow in the bathroom was not running - felt run down overall (carpets stained, etc)
The lobby was really nice and the staff was super helpful. There is a cool dog park next door and several corner stores.
The room was awful. Worst bed I have ever slept on. My back hurt in the morning. The shower was like a little stream. It was really hard to wash my hair with it. They gave us two towels in total; no towel to dry the floor and no hand towel. So, everything just ended up being wet. Lastly, they gave us a tv remote but it didn’t even work. The walls of the hotel were also super thin and we could hear everyone that walked past.
The location had a lot of sights and a lot to see
The air conditioning was quite poor and the bed wasn't the most comfortable
Location and price, as well as friendly staff.
Wifi didn’t work well in the rooms, the bathroom had some leak.
I liked the location.
My biggest complaint is that the staff comes around everyday around 9am and knocks on your door AND OPENS YOUR DOOR REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU SAY. Otherwise, the room and bathroom have distinct and separate odd smells and the wifi is pathetic.
Good beds, calm, fair price, parking included
Front desk lady did not speak English (!!!). I never experienced this, in no country around the world and in no hotel.Room furniture was old, and the AC super loud.
Location is good, near the city center. Room was quite standard. There is a small exercise room with a tredmill, exercise cycle and stepper, so you can do cardio exercise. Breakfast is available for extra price, but I did not try that. Two nights cost 1677 pesos (rougly 80 euros or 85 US dollars), so it was good value for the money.

Bellboy was amazing he even took us for tacos at 1 am when our flight landed to make sure we were safe and not uncomfortable. Def an asset to this hotel!
Was ok not much for facilities but it was a good place to sleep for a night.
