Walking distance to most of our plans. Uber for all the others. 24hr Cafe.

Loud music from a rooftop bar. Breakfast service was chaotic.

The hotel staff is great, made us feel welcomed all the time. The hotel was very clean, with amazing amenities and located in the heart of Mexico city. Will definitely stay again in a future trip.

Location, All staff were excellent. Many generous amenities, free unlimited water. 24-hour cafe with all food and beverges included in the room cost!

When booking, ask if room has windows. Some interior rooms, while quite nice, do not have windows.

One of the best experiences I have had in staying in a hotel. my room could have been better, but the customer service was exceptional.

Brakfast was great and the service was nice but slow, not the worker's fault at all. More people are needed to speed up the process.

We had read good things about Hotel Historico Central, but it exceeded those expectations. Friendly, helpful staff...excellent location...comfortable accommodations. We plan to visit CDMX again and will stay here.

The breakfast was good. Actually most of the foods even at their Cafe Centrals. Whenever we arrived late from our tours, we just get our food from their Cafe? and they?re open for 24 hours. They offered free walking tours around Zocalo? and Centro.

Staff are very friendly and the hotel extremely clean. We have stayed previously and they have improved the food and overall stay since we last visited. It was very comfortable and terrific location. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Our waiter at breakfast was forgetful. Not the end of the world, but you have to be prepared to eat in stages as things you ask for don't always come when you expect them.

Hotel employee provided amazing service, the food was amazing. I was not able to attend but my husband Juan and children were cared for as if had been there. Thank you so much for the service provided.

Best thing is the location and the 24/7 coffee bar.

Poor Wi-Fi/phone reception, room shower is the worst, open glass door reach in, turn on shower, shower head is pointed directly at you, very cold water splashes on you and the doorway, takes a long time to get hot water and there is water everywhere.

Staff really make the hotel. Mostly everyone is friendly, all professional and go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

Centro is a good location for staying first time in Mexico City, if you¿re doing tours and want to see the sights. However it¿s not as nice as other areas, kinda dark at night, busy during the day and a bit dirty.

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Our room was comfortable and clean as well, and the hotel was in a great location. The meals were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary 24/7 free cafe.

A small complaint was that sometimes it took the servers a bit longer to serve our breakfast meals. They would provide us with coffee, yogurt, & yogurt to start, but it would take 15ish minutes to have our order taken & then a few more to get the meal.

Hotel Historico Central is a gem. Fabulous staff, from the front desk to the dining room to the Cafe. Perfectly quiet, comfortable and clean room. I am a nut for quiet and the hotel met my needs. Perfect location. Unbelievable Cafe food included.

I would not change a thing.

Location, attentive staff,. The wait watt for breakfast is here outstanding!!! Free breakfast AND free treats from the cafe in the evening! Guests should not be skimpy with tips!!!

Lighting for reading at night was a bit weak for my needs/preferences.

My room was near a seating area outside the elevator on the second floor. A loud group gathered there and kept me up til. Midnight. I tried calling the desk and no one answered
