Location was good, room was quiet

I do not feel that this hotel is even close to a 3.5 star hotel. Maybe 2.5. Just not a very nice hotel. Everything was cheap and had the feel of a hostel. Definitely will not stay here again.

The location is unbeatable - it’s a walkable neighborhood and lots to see around.

The room was not very clean or comfortable. The washroom was not designed well and there were minimal toiletries. I don’t think it was the best value for money, but it was fine for a single night stay for me.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast had lots of choice. The location was good, close to the subway and within walking distance to the main square.

Immaculate room. Staff efficient and helpful. We had a suite which we retained for the 3nights in total of our stay, having joined a tour the day after arrival. Breakfast is more than adequate for any palate. Hotel in a super location.

A bit chilly at night, no fridge or kettle in the room which would have been the icing on the cake.

I knew the area before booking and was really worried it would be a very noisy experience, so close to the bars nearby. I was completely wrong - the room was very peaceful and large.Also, the staff were particularly friendly and helpful - they were kind enough to store a package for me for the 2 weeks while i travelled around Mexico without any problem.

The sink is outside of the bathroom which makes the room look bigger but is a little unusual.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, breakfast included is very good, way more complete than described. The room was ok.

The pillows where not comfy at all, and there were noises all night that kept on waking me up, didn’t have a great sleep after a long day of meetings, not good.

Nothing particularly good about this property.

1. The safety deposit box was not working. Housekeeping should check thst everything is in woeking order before guests arrive. Reception basically said, "Sorry, nothing we can do. You can store valuables at reception." This is an inadequate response to a problem that should have been resolved prior to check-in. Lack of proper building maintenance, combined with an attitude of indifference on the part of staff, is detrimental to the guest experience.2. The water shot out at all sorts of strange angles from the shower head. This was due to calcification, I.e. the shower head had not been cleaned properly in a very, very long time. The water pressure was weak.3. Reception turned on music in the lobby early in the morning (around 7 am). It was clearly audible from the rooms, as they surround reception.4. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location is great and the staff very kind.

Unfortunately my room was right in front of the elevator and the view to the street. So despite the room was one of the best, I could hear absolutely everything. Not what I expect for paying more... I asked for another room, perhaps one floor above but there was no availability.

The hotel is in an ideal location although closer to Insurgentes than Reforma. I would highly recommend the hotel, the rooms are lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. The location is really great, close to C. Amberes and Reforma 222 was a short stroll away.

My room was one of the interior Atrium rooms and the window did not open. Both of which made the room feel a little stuffy and dark. The Air Con was not working properly on my first night but was fixed the next morning.

The flood looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped and I had to purchase toothpaste for $60 pesos it was a sample that os outrages that is an amenity that hotels give for free too guest.

The location

They have smart tv’s but aren’t connected to the internet, and can’t be connected. The internet is too complicated to connect to your device. The hot water wasn’t running until the morning we were leaving. The shower drain wasnt running either.

Location is good. If you like walking, then can walk to Zocalo. Quiet, good sleep. Good, strong wifi. All clean, comfortable bed Nearby big modern, shopping centre. Around the corner small restaurant, bar street. Good buffet breakfast, although no good coffee.

The room was a bit below expectation for Ibis styles. AC really old in the room, we did not use it. Rain shower not that new. Using bathroom means you light up all room through glass walls. Sink in the room. I do not like this kind of solutions as it means 2 persons should have exactly the same sleeping times.

Beautiful hotel with good breakfast which is a combination of continental and local cuisine. We had left our key in the room and the staff were really nice and helpful in providing another with no charge.
