Filthy and old.

Nice big room and very clean. Comfy bed, great staff and great parking.

Big spacious room. Near central axis. Next to bus and metro station.

Not a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance.

The location was close to a Bodega Aurera which is convenient

I had a problem with my mobile phone as when I plugged it in it wouldn´t recharge. On asking for help a member of staff came who displayed an attitude similar to how I imagine Atilla the Hun would have had after a heavy night out.

The room is clean and has a great location, no noise.

The internet lacks connection at times.

Beautiful Facilities and the MOST COMFORTABLE BED and SUPER CLEAN ROOMS!! BiG SPACIOUS ROOM and Quiet at night with Blackout Curtains. Excellent Staff and Front Desk Reception. I Loved it so much that I extended my Stay & will be stay here every time I return to Mexico City!!

The hotel is clean and well managed. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the location may not be the most scenic but it’s quite safe, pretty central and you can reach the main attractions/popular areas within 20mns walk. Reception & cleaning staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I told them prior to booking that I was sensitive to noise and they gave me a very quiet room on the top floor. They also left me keep the key rather than leaving it at reception every time I was going in and out which I appreciated. I did not realise it was a love hotel prior to booking but it’s a very safe, comfortable and budget option and I’ll happily come back soon.

Staff were great, super friendly and helpful.The room was spacious and clean, they even did daily housekeeping. Mostly quiet at night.

It's a good location, two blocks from Doctores Metro, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with even with my very limited Spanish. Good food can be had in the lobby. The room was big and comfortable. It's an older hotel that provides good value for money.

The wifi is a little unreliable and the room could get hot but there's a good fan.

Quiet, clean, close to the places we needed to visit, big room, excellent value.

It was rainy season, there was many mosquitoes, but I just purchased an aromatic repellent, plug it in, and problem fixed.

Beds and rooms are big and clean

Hotel is actually a Motel, with a very sad athmosphere, all very dark and purple. The neighbourhood was very unispiring as well and felt unsafe. I didn’t like the vibe so much that I moved to another hotel after the furst night. I guess if you’re on a budget, it does the trick. But def not a place to stay more tha. 2 nights.

The price

Asked for extra pillows and were denied, location is bad, rooms are very hot and don’t even have fans. Not worth the price

Very clean room, cleaned daily, ridiculously comfortable, very quiet and well located.

Make you hand in your key to the reception everytime you go out of the hotel, which is just weird.
