Good place to stay. Large clean room. Metro nearby, bank, Oxxo, Dominoes, restaurant on site. My second stay and this time the bed was comfortable.
A little far from city center but there is a metro nearby, Chabacano
Quality-price ratio is quite good.
WiFi was very deficient, lots of times not working properly. Also the shower had a small water leak.

Please explain to the hotel staff that they are being extremely impolite. I may know the reason: due to the war in Russia and neighboring countries, I have been the victim of absurd internet rumors for the past 11 years. Explain to them that internet resources are not an objective source of information, especially about individuals, especially those who are not public figures. If the hotel staff wants to know something about me, they can always ask directly and receive a detailed answer. Moreover, only I know the reason for this or that rumor about me. Explain to them that you can’t call complete stranger names without having any verified official information about him.

Clean and safe, room was big
Poor lighting in the room, very hard bed and pillows, located in area unsafe to walk
Spacious room, beautiful furniture, very friendly staff, wifi worked well at the table (we were on the 1st floor), we were able to store luggage after the check out time. There is a good laundrette nearby 7min walk. Good metro connection to the airport. Hot shower available just wait 1-3min for it to heat up.
It’s SO cold in the room, both my boyfriend & me got sick after the first night. We were able to request an extra blanket, so we were walking around the room with it. Room service arrives with plastic cutlery which is so weird for a 4* hotel. For two people we received 2 forks and 1 knife. Towels have many holes. Another weird thing for a 4* hotel. Water from the shower leaks into the room, we didn’t notice at first, our clothes on the floor got wet. Location is ok if you want to explore the city with metro. Walking from the hotel to Roma was not nice, I wouldn’t recommend.
A RECEPTIONIST ABIGAIL,WHO HELPED ME TO GET A REFUND OF 50% BACK ..WHILE I NEVER USED THE ROOM FOR 5 MINUTES ..
NO A/CNO FANSVERY BAD LOCATION, DANGEROUS LOCATIONVERY BAD HOTEL AND NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Great location, close to a metro station (Chabacano) and in the "middle" of the city – easy access to attractions in all directions. Room was spacious and very clean. Old fixtures but very worth it overall for the price.
Wifi practically didn't work – super slow and spotty.
Great rooms. Large with good view, huge bed, comfortable.Staff on desk, restaurant and especially house keeping were really warm and friendly.
Good value for the money. Kind staff.
Just felt very old and dark and outdated.
always location
beds to sturdy need more pillows at least
It was inexpensive and clean.
The bed was harder than I like, but not a big deal. The lighting was very very dim, which was a bit odd.
The room was really big, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was quite good. it was relatively centric to most tourist attractions.
The lady at the reception had the WORST attitude, we asked her for recommendations to go to a money exchange and she answered “Grab a bus outside, head downtown and ask” then when we were on the bus a nice person told us there where a few more money exchanges super near by to the hotel, no need to go 30 minutes away in a bus. The rooms had a “Motel” kinda feeling to them, dark and a bit sketchy. The area around the hotel seems quite dangerous to walk around after dark.
