The room was a bit cold in the night , we were provided extra blanket
Room is too cold. The blanket is just too thin and also look ugly and dirty.
Spacious rooms, good bathrooms and great location
No coffee maker
First room I was given was great. It is well located.
I stayed twice. First time had trouble with bedbugs and changed room. Next room wasn't as pleasent as first
The location was very convenient and central to a lot of places.
The hotel staff specifically the cleaning staff were completely rude and complained that my friend and I were dirty when we did not cause any major dirty things such as spillage or any other accidents. They even said they would charge us for room service. I have never experienced this at any of my stays anywhere else. I won’t be back staying here ever again and do not recommend to others.
the location was great. the interior design of the building and rooms were very beautiful.
Only 1 toilet paper in room was not enough. There were minimal electrical outlets and the hair dryer didn't work.
Amazing location! There is so much to do in the area, and the bar next door is a must go! All the staff were very friendly and kind. The room was very spacious and the Wi-Fi worked really well!
Our room had very little sunlight, and definitely didn’t have enough light fixtures inside the room.
Cool location and ok value for money
Very minimal room and old, loud bar downstairs
Great location, the neighbourhood Juárez is leafy and felt safe and very walkable.Rooms are spacious and we appreciated bag storage with our early arrival before check-in.
Some construction in the building during the day however not an issue if you are out exploring the sights.
The location was walkable to the city centre and in a nice safe neighbourhood. The in house Argentinian restaurant serves delicious grilled meats if you are over Mexican food. The staff handled the earthquake on our first morning very well.
The room was freezing with no heating and one thin blanket. The shower was cold when we arrived at 2.30am after a long flight. They did give us more blankets for the rest of our stay. There was very loud construction noise in the building from around 930am most mornings with no explanation or apology feom the staff. Jetlagged and shaken from the earthquake, we didn't appreciate not being able to rest.
Felt authentic, great location, spacious and clean rooms, having breakfast available was nice
Beautiful tile work. Upper room terraces were amazing. Great location.
Breakfast was a little expensive I thought. But coffee and service were good!
The staff were great as usual, but I did not like the property
Lots of things, TV reception terrible just snowing on every channel. No heating in the rooms, so can get a bit cool. Located next to a nightclub or late night bar and the sounds thumps through the hotel. The bathrooms need an update. It’s ok for budget type stays but for the price I expected a bit more.
The staff was kind enough to let us check in early... and check out late. We were exhausted and so grateful. Also, the hotel was very tidy and the showers were more spacious than expected.
the breakfast was a joke as 2 eggs scrambled once on the plate like the chef must have eaten 2/3 of the eggs leaving pitiful little we even had to double check with the waitress if the menus says 2 eggs for American Breakfast. Toasts keep getting burnt maybe the staff was not trained how to adjust the setting of the toaster
the room and particularly the bathroom is very disappointing that far from what the photos showed. It was so smelly that we had to keep the windows open most of the time to have some fresh air. The toilet lit was broken and glued together instead spending few dollars to replace it. Some towels were so old that again no one would use at their own home and it cost very little to get some fresh ones that any guest would appreciate The light in the lounge is so dark that we could not use any of our laptops. We asked for a table lump which the hotel does not have any. We asked for a brighter bulb but they had to wait for maintenance which never turned up during our 4 nights stay.
Loved the cleanliness, the friendly staff and we loved the location. It was walking distance to so many places to eat and to explore.
Clean comfortable room at great value
