Would be nice to have the option for early checking

We love the location.

When we booked, it said that there was air-conditioning. When we arrived, there was no air-conditioning or fans. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.

Close to historic center.

Unfortunately, rooms aren’t like the pictures. They are way older.It was a little cold during the night and the AC wasn’t working. The shower was also dripping from the ceiling. Breakfast was a very disappointing, with just bread, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and two types of fruit.The worst thing of our stay was that the Plaza Garibaldi is an extremely noisy place, with music playing until very late, like 3-4am in the morning, and you can hear it from your room very loudly. Very hard to sleep.It was a cheap option tho, so having that in mind, you have to balance what matters to you.I personally wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is great walkable to many places but some streets right next to hotel are a bit dirty

Bad location in rough looking neighborhood. Hotel was nice, but did not fit the nrighborhood..

In the middle of the night a motor turned on, perhaps a pump, and it made a LOT of unpleasant noise over and over. Be advised: there will be noise at night, music and other stuff.

Great breakfast included in price.

The rooms facing the main street are very noisy. Would not risk staying again if it meant not having an interior room.

When I got there they said my booking was cancelled and they gave my room to someone else after a looong journey and it was almost midnight !!!

Ear plugs are needed as it’s on a loud street with music and singing

Great location, comfortable bed, clean and big room.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The rooms could do with an update, they were a little tired.

The unrelenting noise that went on all night from the square and we had a room facing into a void not even directly onto street/square. Other guests returning at 0200, banging doors and making a noise. Also the area at night feels unsafe walking back from bars and restaurants. During the day it is fine.

I booked the room with the balcony. When I checked in it appeared that there was no balcony. Hotel staff told me they dont care and told to call booking. The breakfasts were awfull.

Not a good experience

No air conditioning, bad customer service, staff did not clean my room no clean towels, room key kept deactivating, breakfast was same thing.

The staff were helpful

Booking.com said I had paid but on arrival I was told that there was no room available

The staff is always on point. Marisol, Christian, Karla, Cesar, and Milton were super helpful and friendly

Sometimes the hotel is full.

The hotel is pretty central to everything.

The rooms lack ac. Our restroom smelled like sewage every day. The internet was pretty spotty. When we let the front desk know of issues, they just said OK.
