Pros +
- Perfect location
- Great location, fabulous 1 bedroom, all of the kitchen amenities and a filtered water faucet. Comfortable bed, black out blinds, great cleaning staff.
- Convenient to many restaurants and a couple of decent grocery stores. Great neighborhood for walking around. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet.
Cons -
- Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn’t clean all rooms; power outage caused problems with the rooms and received no messaging from the hotel; had to request towels and tp; attendant could not accommodate a previously arranged late check in
- It's a bit noisy with the restaurant downstairs, but earplugs worked.
- Won't let you check in until you have signed a ln inventory for a room you haven't seen yet. The beds are unbearably soft. There are really thick rubber sheets on the beds. The AC did not work. The windows are really thin so the street noise is barely drowned out at all.

The location was great
They tried to charge us for a coffee cup that was broken before our stay. They denied it and still tried to charge us even if we didn’t use it.
The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed and styled. We loved the living room, kitchen that is fully equipped. There is also a washer dryer which was great as we had been away for 2 weeks. The bed was comfortable. No issue with noise. There is also a big walk-in closet. The bathroom was small and tight though. The location was perfect. Highly recommended. There was daily house keeping which was a real plus!
The bathroom space was too tight.
Great room and location. Friendly staff.
The place is trendy, very clean and very well located in Roma Norte. Everything is close by: cafes, restaurants and transportation. Ideal for a comfortable stay in CDMX.
Really nice apartment, clean, professional staff, easy check-in, great location.
No complaints
Great apartments - modern, clean and has everything you need
Apartments facing the road are a little noisy
Overall is nice
Here’s a clear, detailed, and structured review you can post on Booking.com about your experience:⸻Review Title: Inconsistent and Unclear Parking Charges, Beware!Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5)Review:My overall stay was negatively impacted by a very frustrating and confusing experience with the hotel’s parking service. The staff handling parking seemed overly focused on making money, and there was no clear policy or posted rates regarding parking fees, creating confusion and distrust.Upon arrival late at night, the valet parking service was already closed, and a night-shift staff member—oddly wearing a jacket marked “police”—charged me $300 pesos as a late-night parking fee. Eight hours later, when attempting to leave in the morning, another valet attendant abruptly requested an additional $500 pesos, stating that the parking fee was $300 pesos for daytime and $200 pesos for nighttime, though this was never clearly stated or displayed. Only after persistent questioning did he provide this breakdown, but it still felt arbitrary and unjustified. Most concerning was the inconsistency: on a subsequent day, another manager informed me the parking charge was only $120 pesos—a dramatic difference. This clear discrepancy suggested that staff were setting parking prices on the fly, much like seafood market pricing, and charging guests inconsistently based on unclear or non-existent guidelines.Furthermore, I personally parked my vehicle every single time, and never actually used the valet service, making these exorbitant and irregular charges even less justified.I strongly advise management to establish transparent and clearly posted parking rates to prevent staff from exploiting guests and damaging trust. Until then, travelers should approach parking at this property with caution or consider alternative accommodations.

Everything. Very clean, well located in Roma Norte and had all needed amenities.
More electrical outlets or power strips would be helpful.
Modern, spacious, helpful staff. Lots of wi does and privacy. Coffee bar.
No black tea bags. Some people drink tea!!!
Very clean had all the amenities and appointments we needed
Opposite a busy hospital. We had a room that did not look like the booking photos much smaller than what we booked. We were out in the 1st floor opposite a massive hospital neon sign. I had to sign three sets of legally binding contracts in Spanish with no English translation to enter our fully paid for booking. I had no idea what I was signing but they would not let us into the room if I did not sign three contracts and we were not given copies. I hated that and would never stay in the property again. Based on this unexpected and unwelcome requirement. My family has stayed in other MC apartment hotels and never experienced this.
at first we did like the location, everything seemed very nice and tidy.
as the days passed by there was no cleaning at all, one day the cleaning lady went into the room left everything on the floor and some towels on the table. We had our door broken and we were locked in a room for more than an hour! the staff didn't wanted to break the door so we had to stay there till my brother managed to open the damaged door. Next day they said they fixed it but they actually didn't.
It is a good place in general but very noisy at nights and the place is OK. expensive for what it offer comparing with other places where I stayed in the past.
Too much noise coming from the crowed street where my main window faces to. the Climate did not work properly. they came to try fix it but still did not work. I asked for a change relocation in a different apartment and they reply that the my rate did not allow it....
Every thing
Trying to understand the coffe machine haha
Everything was outstanding!!!!The apartments are super clean and comfortableThe location is 10/10
