No breakfast..
Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Water was hot in the shower and the terrace was nice. There is a fridge to store drinks, but no microwave or anything.
place needs an upgrade. No coffee machine at all in the hotel. Small windows offered no circulation and there were no screens. No amenities. This is a hostel, not remotely a 3 star hotel
This hotel is a scam. Don't book here. I made a reservation for this hotel at Booking.com. The room was confirmed and my card was charged. I was told check-in would be after 12pm and was given a key code to the building. I arrived around 4 and the code I was given didn't work. I texted hotel staff and they said they'd be there to let me check-in shortly - but never arrived or got back to me the rest of the night. Other than to say they'd give me a refund which they didn't do. I complained to Booking.com and they said they'd told the hotel to give me a refund in 30 days. It's now been over 30 days and I still haven't gotten my refund.
That they scammed me.
Honestly, it was very bad. It felt like a scam. The only acceptable thing was the location.
The staff did not open the door for us, their phone number does not work, we tried calling like 50 times. Another person who was also staying there finally opened the door ( just a coincidence). The wifi did not work. The sheets were not very clean, the staff only replied via whats app. They barely gave us one roll of paper towel, the bathroom door did not close properly, the beds were not very steady. Overall horrible, I will not be using booking.com again it just feels like a scam overall. I will be requesting my money back for sure.
Location was good. Close to the metrobus and walking distance from several restaurants and Zona Rosa.
Attention from the front desk (never in the front desk). I never saw a person and when I tried to call they forced me to chat via Whatsapp and took around 40 minutes to get me access to the location while I was waiting at night in the street. The light in my room and hot water never worked in my room.
We could never get into the place. The code for the door was wrong. No one would pick up the phone. We had to book some

Location and price.
The hotel and rooms are dated. Staff was not very present. Had to wait for staff to arrive and after not arriving, had to contact them through WhatsApp. The hotel needs to be fumigated. Saw big riach in reception and small reach in my room. The blinds did not close. They were old and missing slats. The plumbing needed repair. Water came out on floor and sinktop.

Location good but that was itPrice but the quality was awful!
Staff never reply to emails Ended up sleeping on sofa in reception on my first night No bed sheets and dirtyNot good value considering the issues
It’s very accessible to zona rosa
Very unkept, broken elevator, dirty sheets, my sheets has blood stains with hair stuck to blood. Bathrooms need detail cleaning. Bed was very very uncomfortable, curtains too small for windows, pretty dirty overall with no one at front desk
The location is decent.
But it is poorly insulated from the street so it could be very noisy, woke up several times even with ear plugs (a must). The room was very tired looking. Some lights didn't work, the taps leaked, poor blinds and very noisy. The worst thing was you could hear the alarm whenever anyone entered the building. Very loud and people were coming and going throughout the night. One morning I awoke to find a traveller who had booked a room but was unable to contact reception (very difficult to contact) and ended up sleeping on a couch in the lobby.Strongly recommend to avoid unless desperate.
No breakfast. No coffee.
Street noise
Amazing location, tons of food nearby aswell as anything else you could need. Area is very safe.
Closed For me
Poor communication, I was outside the hotel ready to check in but they told me no, we're closed... I communicated my arrival time ahead of time before arriving to Mexico city so I could know if my time would be okay, they lied to me. The lights we on...
big room
Dirty bathroom shower. hairs in the drain clogging it
Location was really good. Lady receptionist when she appear. She was only one helpful there.
There is long list the things i didnt like. First hard to check in. Nobody at the reception.Guy on the phone not replying even after reading the messages. FIrst night, the bathroom flooded with water coming from the ceiling. This also was not enought to get the answer from the guy on the phone.I went to CDMX for the music festival and i missed half of it. Imagine coming back at night to the hotel and your card doesnt work to open the doors. There is nobody to help at the reception. The phone numbers are not answering. Your battery is dying and you left credit card inside the room. No place to sleep over night. I would forgive this accident once. But this happend again and again even after i changed my room. Card stopped working. I was locked out of my room, shower and cloathes for hours. I must wait for 5 hours for somebody to come and give me copy of the card to open the doors. The contact number provided was keep repeating me that somebody will come in 15 min. At the end I was afraid to leave my room that I will not be able to come back. Is that how you want to visit Mexico City?? This experiance is not worth the price, and missied festival. I spoke to the owner at the end and asked for discount after this bad experiance and not having place to sleep. He offered 100 pesos for a week stay. Complete Joke. How its possible to miss the potential of this location with such bad managment?
It was close to work.
No hot water. Had to check myself in because there wasn't any receptionist. The price was more than I expected. Booking didn't save me any money at all. Will never use booking or this hotel again.
